Over 55 Yoga with Susan - my twice per week highlights! I work on a computer the majority of every day and yoga helps me stretch those aching muscles, improves my balance and mental outlook. I look forward to the connections with other folks over 55 (and one lady over 90!) who are also improving their physical and mental health. Susan knows just how to pace the yoga exercises and poses and is a positive, centering professional. This class is a bright spot and a blessing in my life!

I literally cannot say enough good things about this studio. On the west side of town there is always plenty of parking in the lot or on the nearby street, which makes going to class always low-stress. They offer tons of walk-in classes with many different levels and every instructor I've ever had has been an excellent *teacher* who offers many options for people of different skill and comfort levels. The class passes make attending super flexible which is perfect for me since I travel a lot for work and can't make every class. The beautiful location has windows that look out onto fields which makes it even more meditative. They have oodles of supplies, so it's no big deal if you forget to bring something and there is always an extra bolster or support when needed. During my pregnancy all the instructors were able to work with my needs and my doctors instructions so I could keep attending my "normal" sessions. A lovely group of people.

My 91 year old mother participates in Yoga classes at Westside Yoga. Those classes strengthen her core, enhance her balance and bolster her flexibility. She is always refreshed after her yoga classes. She appreciates how yoga has added immensely added to the quality of her life. Thank you to Susan and Westside Yoga as you celebrate 5 years!

Beautiful space and good class. Jen has lots of expertise in preventing injury and taught me intriguing new ways to do things. I left feeling very good, and I will be back!
