So grateful to Leanna and her gang of yogis. They work to create community, impeccable ethical standards/thoughtfulness. They are accepting and open to all body types and human types. Beautiful space and I feel empowered every time I finish a class.

This studio is more than just a studio, it's a community, and it's such a gem of a place in Lawrence. I always leave my classes feeling refreshed and like I can take on life's challenges with a sense of clarity, personal power, and vitality. Each teacher has their own energy, but there is a thread of empowerment and reverence that holds constant throughout... so grateful for all the love and intention put into this space!

I have been looking for a local yoga studio in Lawrence for a while, and finally, I found Yellow Brick Yoga. Now that I have had a few classes there, I feel like I have attained whatever I had asked for. This is a local business with a vibrant atmosphere and fantastic instructors.Leanna and Kacy offer diverse yoga classes, from pick pose and all power to slow flow. So, you can help yourself with whichever you like!I strongly suggest this studio to those who like doing yoga, making friends, and enjoying exercise!

This yoga studio is absolutely fantastic. It's an amazing locally owned studio that offers a wide range of classes for all skill levels, at various times of the day to fit any schedule. The teachers are all helpful and caring, and it's easy to feel right at home, whether you're completely new to yoga or have years of experience. Since I've moved away, I miss this studio and have never found another quite like it.

I have been coming to YBY for 2 years and it is one of the highlights of my week. Leanna and Kaci are some of the BEST yoga teachers in Lawrence. They are the owners and the primary teachers at the studio so their devotion to the practice and to the community truly shines forth. Hot Yoga can be very intimidating and humbling. With each practice your body can feel many extremes. “It’s for anyone but not for everyone”, as Baron Baptiste’s says. I still believe that everyone should try it and see where it takes you. If anything, you’ll find a new “edge” and place you’ve never been before. Love my YBY community!

I’ve always wanted to try yoga, and happy I discovered this small business. Both instructors have been great, the space is clean, and the other clients are welcoming and enjoyable. If you’re new or seasoned at yoga, give them a try!

I love this studio, the teachers, and the classes! I am new to Baptiste yoga but I find the Journey Into Power classes a powerful session for both inner and outer transformation. The small class sizes means a lot of hands-on assists and personal attention on where you are at in your practice. The owners are authentic and knowledgable and really build community within the space. There is nothing better than the cold towel infused with lavender at the end!

I've been doing yoga about 9 years and have grown more in this practice in the past few months, than I've ever been able to in the past! The hands on assists have built so much strength and understanding, that I can now do poses I never thought I'd be able to do. The instructors make you feel safe and supported to try new things. This yoga studio facilitates a warm and light hearted community as well.

This is my favorite studio! The instructor's hand on assistant has been incredibly helpful for me. They also take the time to bring a sense of connection and community to the studio. At Yellow Brick, I feel challenged, supported, and the freedom of expression. It's like what my friend says "Hot yoga, It's life changing".

I’m still new to YBY but my first impressions are wonderful. Everyone is extremely friendly and nonjudgmental, which seems hard to find these days. The space is gorgeous and inviting, the teachers are accommodating and motivating, and you never feel out of place because you can do whatever you need to do for your body that day. I will definitely be going back and I recommend you try it out as well. The $30 for 30 days is a great way to feel it out. Thanks for the great experience YBY!
