The shredd kc has been amazing to work with when it comes to getting my health back! Deshae is a awesome trainer and Joey always keeps us pumped and going! Highly recommended if you need someone to push you to stay on track!

This shredd family is amazing. I have been training with Matt for almost 3 years. I started at one of my heaviest points in my life and have been taught form technique and nutrition that work! I am also half way thru the 6 week challenge and am super feeling amazing!

The owner, and all of the trainers, take pride in helping every person on their journey. Not just their own clients, but everybody that walks through the door This gym holds you accountable. So, if you're better at making excuses instead of making changes, go to planet fitness and eat pizza on the first of the month.

Shredd 6 week transformation has been just what I needed. I love the boot camp style HIIT cardio sessions. All the attendees and trainers have been awesome. Motivation and nutrition is key to seeing results. You got this.

I am so glad I came back to Shredd and try their 6 weeks challenged. I’ve been enjoying all the classes they have with awesome upbeat music (thanks Jody Rhew 😊) and a great trainers and you will meet new kind people and become friends with and inspires you as well. Then the trainers will guide, motivate you and you will for sure be dripping sweat during your workout. My struggles was what to cook and how. With this program, they provided us with grocery list and recipes weekly to follow. Which I like and have help me to eating healthy. I have tried veggies that I have never tried or heard before but end up loving it. If you haven’t try Shredd, please check it out @ 129 SE 3rd St. Lees Summit, MO 64063. After your workout, you could also lounge and get you some delicious and healthy smoothies. Their all Delish but my favorites are: tropical greens, vanilla cherry, pretty woman, & cinnamon chia blueberries smoothies. 😋
