An unintimidating gym we started our health journey late December and love coming here. It’s never too packed since it’s open 24/7 and there are an abundance of equipment to choose from.

We have had a great experience at this gym. It is very convenient for us in Nicholasville. It's always clean. Also love the class two nights a week. We love it!

My wife and I stopped by today hoping to look around and see if we were interested in joining. Allison gave us a great tour of the facility and programs. We were so impressed by the facility and the friendly staff that we joined on the spot! Looking forward to our fitness experience!

I joined this gym in January 2023. I like the atmosphere, you never have to wait on equipment to become available, the staff are friendly. I would recommend this gym to beginners and seasoned people on a fitness journey.

Love this gym. They have great staff who are so friendly. Me and my family goes almost everyday at night. People are very friendly and I think they have good equipment there. I also love using their tanning beds during the day. Great massage chairs also. Overall a great place to go workout if anyone wants to join.

I have been at this gym for almost a year and I love it. The ability to be able to go into the stand up or lay down tanning bed, workout and get a message all in one place is amazing. They have plenty of lockers space in bathroom, clean facilities, and you can choose between multiple message options.
