24/7 access, CLEAN facility, great atmosphere and friendly staff. With the GH express membership, members can use the tanning beds( which are same great beds as a nearby tanning salon) and the red light therapy fitness stand up booth, when the staff is there. This is a great place to go, it doesnt matter what fitness level you are at. Something for everyone!If you are thinking about joining a local gym, try this place first.

Great place to workout! Lots of variety in machines and multiples of the same popular machines so you don’t feel like you are waiting on someone else to finish. Price is low for what all you have access to. I love that the staff is there if you need them but they are never pushy. Very friendly people and everything is clean. I also never feel intimidated as there are people of all body shapes and ages!

Quiet, clean, small location. Went in on a Tuesday at 8 in the morning, not very busy which was nice and appreciated considering my last experience with a gym that was always packed and busy and overwhelming. Nice atmosphere, staff and reasonable membership prices. Look forward to working out here.

This was the first gym I had ever joined. This will be the only gym I ever attend. It’s super clean, for all fitness levels, and everybody including the workers are so nice. The atmosphere is wonderful. You also can’t beat the price! Definitely would recommend to anyone of any age or fitness level ❤️

I signed up for the year membership and later on this whole COVID thing started so I tried calling to see if I could cancel my membership just so I wouldn't have to pay for a gym that I was not going to attend to. I was told that wouldn't be possible, so I whatever, 10$ a month, not a big deal. A whole year finally rolls around and I see a transaction for the annual fee of 41$. I never signed a new contract saying I wanted to renew my membership. Apparently they make you sign a waiver on day one saying you have to give them a 30 day notice before canceling, which idk how you're supposed to remember that a year later. They apparently also send you all this, for your own records, TO YOUR EMAIL BUT THEY CANT SEND YOU AN EMAIL LETTING YOU KNOW THAT YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS ABOUT TO RENEW. This place is ridiculous. The staff was nice as can be, but their policy is just ignorant.There goes 41$ plus the many months of 10$, gone.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with this gym. You really can't beat it for the price. My only complaint is the over reliance on machines and a lack of free weights. They have multiple Smith machines but no power rack, and some exercises simply require a power rack or at least an accessible barbell that can be removed from the rack.They were also easy to work with when I needed to temporarily freeze my membership due to Covid restrictions. Many gyms would still demand their monthly payment even though I wasn't able to come.

This gym is amazing!!! I was skeptical at first about joining especially with everything going on with the pandemic but this gym is very clean and has rules that are enforced to be in the gym and to operate equipment.. I love it and I am a germaphobe but feel safe working out here and they have a great variety of equipment to use.. even boxing equipment!!! If you are looking for a clean gym with friendly staff to join look no further!!! This is the place!!!!

Just be careful if you want to end your membership. I tried to cancel before I was going to be out of town for a couple of weeks. I was told I could only cancel if a manager was available. While I was gone I was charged my annual $40 fee. When I came back I attempted to leave again. No manager. Filled out the paper work. I was charged the next day for my $20 membership fee. I had to make another call to see if I was officially canceled. When I asked about the $40 fee I was told the annual fee was just a bad timing thing for me and it couldn’t be waived.

GH Fitness is the place to be. Their equipment is excellent. We appreciate the surplus of machines, free weights, and massage chairs! The fitness classes have been highly motivating to us. It’s a comfortable, encouraging environment to be in. Very happy with our choice to be a part of Good Health!

I absolutely love this place. It's the best thing I have done this year. I just upgraded my membership and am thrilled. Very clean, the staff is wonderful. I'm new to the whole gym experience and apparently I started at the best of places!
