Love this place. Never do the the same workout. My wife and I get to work out together. Coaches are awesome. The coaches encourage us and push us to get better each time. Its a great workout community for all ages no matter if you walk, jog or run.

I was very hesitant on going to my first class. Group fitness classes always made me nervous and a little uncomfortable. That was not my experience at all. I LOVED IT! During the class your instructor keeps you the full hour you are there. You're so busy breaking a sweat that the people around you is the less of the concerns. I also love the class so much because during your workout you wear a heart monitor. The reading of your heart monitor is displayed on a TV screen during your workout, allow with everyone else in the class. This was nice because it made me more competitive and want to do my best. I will definitely be back again.

I love the different workouts that’s given to us, whether it be endurance, strength, power, or a combination of all 3 (ESP). I am challenged in each and every class by the coaches and this is what drives me to perform my best. I cannot find the same level of intensity and variety anywhere else. Orangetheory changed my life.

It is the excellent coaching and motivation! No workout is the same. It pushes me to workout to my limits. I cannot do this at home and I have tried! I feel great and a sense of accomplishment after my workouts. I cannot even describe how excellent the coaches are,

LIKE: Monitored heart rate, calculated/monitored intensity, group workout (embrace the suck together) very low impact, strength exercises light enough to not injure you when you are smoked. Madison (OT @ Summit, Lexington KY) did a great job coaching. Friendly staff did good job explaining workout before starting.NOT LIKE SO MUCH - cost is a little pricey IMO. An hour seems too long till its over. :-) Gave 9 because of price, everything else was a 10.

I have always wanted a personal trainer, but I never seemed to find the time for myself. I’ve worked out in many group fitness classs, none of which motivated me the way OT does. For me, it’s like having a personal trainer with a bunch of friends! The coaches know when I need extra motivation or a more challenging weight. They know when I look exhausted and need an extra push to finish the workout. It is the perfect balance of cardio and strength training, centered around HIIT. I LOVE all the coaches and the entire OT family! I highly recommend everyone, at any fitness level, to give OT a try! I’m so thankful I did!

I have never been much of an athlete, so when a friend asked me to take a class with her, I was really apprehensive. Since day one, the coaches and other staff have been extremely welcoming and helpful. I can’t help but feel at home in the studio. It has been about a year since OTF’s workouts have been challenging me and I am so grateful that I gave it a chance. The goal is to maximize your workout based on your individual fitness level, so I think that OTF is a great option for novices and athletes alike. I have only been to the two Lexington locations, but I’d imagine they are some of the best in the country. I really cannot say enough good things about the coaches and staff. Thank you for all that you do!

Great coaches & staff - great facility. It's hard, initially, to get motivated to do any workout. But the moment I step on the treadmill or pick up weights at this facility, I feel the energy, and want to keep on going. The workouts provide a great variety of moves, so that you never get bored. And, it works. I can eat the way I want to eat, and not gain weight when I'm doing Orange Theory. And, if I choose to eat healthy, and do Orange Theory, the pounds just fall off.

I love that the class is one hour and you feel like you have completed a well rounded workout. I like that people encourage each other and the coaches are engaged in your success. I also like that i can work at my own pace. The only thing I don't like, is when a workout includes so many things that a great deal of time is spent explaining it all. I think it also can be confusing for anyone new. I would rather have 4 good exercises in each block to max out. I do encourage everyone I meet, to come try a free class. It's not intimidating and it's very diverse. debbie

First off, being a first-timer, everyone I interacted with was super nice, friendly, and welcoming! Made me feel comfortable right away. I loved the workout mainly because it took the guess work out of it for me and I knew I was getting an all-around total body workout. There was a plan, an instructor telling you when and how to make your next move, and real-time results showing you how your body was responding to the "push". I signed up and became a member right after my first class, with Coach Bailey. I'm excited and looking forward to a body transformation, and hoping for no injury along the way. Definitely planning on recruiting some friends to the OTF family!
