Pushed through class today!! Those 6:45 PM classes are tough after teaching all day!! OTF coaches manage to push you just the right amount to make it worth your while and help you reach your goals!

I’m really enjoying the workouts so far. The trainers are great about helping you modify while still pushing you. You’re never doing one thing for too long, so it’s very manageable even if you’re out of shape. Highly recommend

Great workout! I go twice a week and only got to go once last week. Truly missed it. It’s a tough workout but I feel great! Everyone there is so nice too!

OTF is best workout I’ve ever tried. The constantly changing workouts and the continuous support from the coaches makes this program awesome for people of all fitness levels. I wish I had discovered it sooner!

The facility, instructor, and staff were all great. Will definitely be coming back again! Got so much work done in just an hour and it went by so fast. Love this workout.
