SUPER disappointed in this facility. This is not family friendly at all and there was a red-headed life-guard that acted so superior that it was shocking to see a child like her act so horrible and entitled to families. Their constant weird/random rules makes it a miserable experience.

The gym is very nice and the reception staff were so sweet. However we had a poor experience with the female lifeguard working today at 3:00. She was quite rude and overly aggressive. She was sitting all the way across the pool and left her chair, and the many children swimming in the water in that area, to come tell my friend's daughter that she could not put her toes in the hot tub because she was 8, not 14. Which is frustrating because she chose that rule to enforce on this one little girl when there was a child in there before that she didn't say a word to, and as she was kicking her out there were several adults who were sitting on the edge of the hot tub which is also against the rules according to the sign. When I pointed that out she was quite rude and heated in responding. I ended up just walking away because she just wouldn't stop talking.

Everything here is beyond amazing. The child watch staff and front desk are so friendly and helpful. Great, safe, positive environemnt to ggrow healthy with your family and have fun

Clean facility, Indoor pool with lap swimming lanes, aqua track, slide & plenty of room. Lifeguards on duty. Nice locker rooms & 2 indoor courts for basketball/volleyball.

Don't go to this location if you're wanting to play basketball. Given that they make guests pay $17 (!) for a day pass, you'd think they take care of the facility and have it clean. The court was so slick and dirty, making it dangerous for people to play on. Waste of money.
