The overall environment is good for adults. But very disappointed with their youth swimming class. My son had an almost drawn experience in the class. Some Instructors were just talking to guys and ignored the little kids walking into the deep water. Both me and my son were scared to death. And what even worse was that nobody cared. They could not even find my incident report card when I followed up a week later. And sadly the same thing happened again two weeks later for my friend’s little girl. Definitely will not register any youth class here.

Went there to play pickup basketball with my friends and I payed $12 for a day pass (kind of expensive). We showed up and the gym was empty so we played full court. One of the worker came in and said we can’t play full court, so we read the rules on the gym wall and it didn’t say anything about not playing full court, so we go back in and right when we start the game back up he brings a manager and kicks all 8 of us out. We were there maybe an hour and there was only 2 other people playing basketball and they were in a different gym. Very rude, gave no explanation why we got kicked out, and lost 8 customers to which we will never go back.

I love this place! The fitness classes are fun, with excellent instructors. The facility is great, staff is friendly and helpful, the child watch people are great with my littles, and the pools are fun!
