OTF is a community of like minded individuals striving to reach new goals, push individual limits and connect heart and souls for a few short moments of absolute greatness. Their coaches work diligently to engage on both a mental and physical level while giving proper technique instruction and lots of encouragement. I never regret going and always leave feeling accomplished and strong.

OT’s staff is second to none - so genuinely welcoming, enthusiastic and kind. If it is your first time, you get a couple free classes, and they make sure you feel comfortable with everything. Challenging workouts in a fun environment!

After driving by this place for years my wife finally convinced me to try a free week. I’ve been a member over a year now and couldn’t be happier with the progress I’ve made in my fitness journey. The coaches are awesome and the workouts are challenging but always different. 5 stars!

OTF is a great place no matter where you are at in your fitness journey. You can take things at your own pace but will also be pushed to be the best version of you. The coaches are knowledgeable and helpful and the staff is kind and welcoming. You never see the same workout twice, so it doesn't ever get boring.

Great workouts with amazing people. The coaches and front desk staff are some of the most friendly people I’ve ever met. They genuinely care about your success and know all their members by name. The workouts offer variety and there’s always challenges and events to look forward to.

I think what makes Orange Theory so amazing is the combination of simple exercises with a motivating environment. Giving workouts that aren’t super confusing (yet very effective) mixed with coaches and an atmosphere that encourages you to work your hardest gives confidence to each member. Confidence is the most important thing in a fitness journey. Almost anyone can workout, but what pushes you for greatness is believing in yourself.

I visited this studio several times while I was in town for my wedding from Kansas City MO. The staff and clients are all amazing! They made getting started and attending class so easy and it was a welcome get away from wedding stress each time I came in for a workout. The trainers I worked with that week were Megan and Maggie and they were both so great. Megan even sent me a thank you text and well wishes on our wedding day.If you’re thinking of joining Orangetheory I promise you won’t regret it, as it is a consistently awesome and empowering experience. Also, if this will be your home studio when you do join you’re super lucky because these folks are so kind and encouraging.

I love the variety in the workouts! I'm always excited to see what the day's workout will be. I feel challenged in the workout, but I never feel like I can't handle it. The energy in the room is amazing, and the coaches are always encouraging and motivating. I've made some great friends, who I love working out next to. I feel like I get a great workout every time, and everyone I have interacted with at Orangetheory is so kind. I would recommend it to anyone!

What do I like about this place? Ummm.... everything! The coaches are great and provide just the right amount of pushing combined with encouragement. The workouts are always different and OTF takes the hassle out of remembering how many reps and what exercises.
