The workouts are great! They are different every day so you don't get bored doing the same workout every day. All of the workouts can be modified or you work at your own pace so it is great for people of any fitness level. What makes OTF South Lincoln really special is the community/culture that has formed at this location. It truly feels like a supportive community among the members and staff. I have been a member of a location in another state and have visited other gyms as well while traveling and none of them feel like they have this awesome, supportive culture!

Absolutely love Orangetheory! The workouts make me feel like I accomplished something, the variety is awesome you never have the same workout always something different. The staff is great and the coaches are the best so positive and encouraging. The other great thing is you can be a marathon runner or someone who hasn’t worked out in twenty years and this place is for you. Personally I lost 35 lbs, gained muscle I thought I’d lost forever and feel as fit at 58 as I did at 38.

One of my friends from graduate school introduced me to Orange Theory and at first I was hesitant about group fitness classes. All my reservations were quickly put aside after my first time there. This is definitely the best group fitness class I have ever been to. The workouts are fun, challenging, and different every day. The environment at Orange Theory is unique as well. The coaches, staff and management are all wonderful. I even convince my husband to come with me to classes and he also loves Orange Theory!

I love working out at Orange Theory! The workouts are always different so you never get tired of doing the same workout. I can’t say enough great things about each of the coaches at this location who motivate, challenge and cheer everyone on in each class. Since joining OTF I have become a faster runner and gained strength. I love that OT offers modifications when needed and has the option to run, power walk or use a bike or strider. It truly is a workout for every fitness level!

Love the energy and motivation this gym provides. The positive attitudes the coaches have help push you through your workout. One of the greatest aspects about this style of gym, you can tailor any workout to you and your fitness level. The coaches and community built around OTF are like none other. People simply building other people up.

This is a gym for every fitness level. I'm a non-fit person and I really enjoy the workouts. It is a mix of treadmill, rowers, and free weights. You choose if you walk or run on the treadmills. The classes are different everyday. The coaches are amazing.

Absolutely love OTF!! An amazing workout for anyone to do at their own pace! All of the coaches are so motivating and make all of the workouts fun. Would highly recommend.

OTF has been the best health investment I have ever made. Motivating and encouraging coaches, friendly front office staff, and top of the line equipment makes for the best gym in Lincoln. I would (and do!) recommend this place to anyone!

I have been attending OTF Lincoln since it opened in February. It is the best workout in lincoln. The staff and coaches are very welcoming, no mater your fitness level, and they push you to become your best self.
