If you need some external motivation to go work out, positive coaches yelling at you (positively), and want results, I would highly recommend Orangetheory. You see how hard you’re actually working with your heart rate monitor displayed up on the screen. Coaches and other people see you in class regularly so you can’t back out and say that you came, but really didn’t (we’ve all been there). I haven’t worked out regularly in a year, and now I go to class like clockwork 3 times a week, I’ve lost weight, and feel better about myself. If you’re looking for that sign to finally take a leap and spend the money to sign up for a class, this is the sign. Do it. Just. Do it. Sign up. Why are you still reading? Do it.

OT goes above and beyond...the workouts are always challenging and interesting. The facilities are clean and well-appointed. The staff are friendly and remember names. They are always doing special events to keep things fresh. Highly recommend!

Best workout you'll ever have. Dont' expect easy, but if you push yourself you'll see very positive results in no time! I am admittedly addicted to OTF and the S. Lincoln studio is simply the best, from the staff and coaches to the OTF community.

OTF employs the most up to date science and technology to get the most out of the hour you put in. What I love about OTF, is that anyone can do it. You move at your own pace, push yourself when you need to, and give yourself grace when you need it. The coaches in Lincoln are passionate about fitness, take the time to get to know you as a person, are able to answer any question I've had about my body and it's response to the workouts, and provide just the right amount of motivation to keep you going even if it is a 12-minute benchmark day and you're dying at minute 4. There are many days I walk out basking in sweaty glory energized and ready to take on the day after a 5am workout!

I have tried several different workout facilities in Lincoln and Orange Theory has been the all around best so far. The workout is great and changes every time. The coaches accommodate to the needs of their athletes for things such as injuries. The coaches are also monitoring their athletes very closely which is something that I think is necessary in workout classes whether that is to correct their form, check in on them or encourage them. I would strongly recommend Orange Theory.

Orange Theory provides motivating workouts and great instructors! But even more than that is the community that is developed to keep you on track with your goals and connected to others on the same journey. In a year I've lost 10 pounds, reduced my body fat, gained strength, reduced stress and found many new friends. I would not have been able to do that on my own and owe those successes to OTF!

Everyone at OTF S. Lincoln is very friendly. They make showing up before 5am to sweat enjoyable, so much so that you actually look forward to it! The coaches are extremely encouraging and give you the confidence to push yourself further and harder than you normally do. The workouts are always new, and keep your body guessing what is coming next. All around, a great workout and fantastic community to be a part of!

I have been a "gym rat" for 20+ years & also a group exercise instructor for 10+ so I feel that I know my way around a fitness routine. OTF in south Lincoln is superfantastic all the way from their consistent workout plans, equipment, amazing coaches & community support. Although, my absolute favorite part is the staff & their superb customer service!

I had an amazing experience here! Going in for your first class to test it out is so low pressure compared to some other gyms. The staff and coaches were so accommodating and explained everything before the class started so we could jump right in with all the regulars. The workout was hard but in a good way; it could be great for all fitness levels since ultimately you choose the amount of effort you're able to give! I will definitely be back to join!
