Fit Theorem - Livonia, Mi

Around July 2021 I was pretty fed up and decided to become serious about fitness. Part of me want to call it Pandemic weight but truth is my weight has been like a yo-yo my whole life! I started this journey because I was heavier than EVER and it was becoming harder to stay the same vs implementing healthier lifestyles. No, this journey wasn’t easy! I still experienced pain and inconveniences but it was a good type of pain and a welcomed inconvenience.What kept me on track was the awesome Fittheorem of Livonia. I decided to join their 6 week challenge. Offering effective workouts isn’t the only thing they are great at either!! Regardless of the day or time, everyone at Fitt Livonia was full of life, upbeat and genuinely cared about you and your particular journey. No one was put in a box of what should or shouldn’t be and they pride themselves at meeting everyone where they are. I never felt pressured, negatively singled out and everyone is encouraged to go their own pace. Most importantly, I’ve never felt more welcomed, accommodated, engaged or celebrated. They genuinely want to connect with you and help anyway they can. It’s not a dry greet at the door and jumping on their cellphones a second later. This place is truly a family and I love it! Like that Musiq Soulchild song said, #DontChange Fitt Livonia! Lol! 😂😊🥰Challenge results: 24.6lbs and 6.4% body fat lost

I Love this place! The whole team here are amazing and offer tons of support and encouragement on your fitness journey. The workouts are tough but rewarding and produce amazing results quickly if you commit to it! I’ve been going to Fit Theorem for about 2 months and achieved better results in that time than I have in years at other gyms.Thank you Fit Theorem I will keep coming back!!!

So happy I joined this gym. All the coaches and staff are kind, professional, and truly want your best interests at heart! The coaches get you through workouts, and are great at motivating and showing variations of high intensity and low impact if needed. Everyone at the studio makes you feel comfortable and it’s a judge free zone. The studio itself is clean and they enforce masks and cleaning well there. I have nothing negative to say about this place! Would recommend it to anyone without hesitation!

My experience has been amazing. It’s only been a couple weeks and I have already lost almost 10lbs and about 5% body fat! By the time you leave this class you feel sooo good and have a ton of energy afterwards!

All the coaches are great! Their main goal is to give you the best work out and make sure you are doing it safely. Everyone I have met so far is so nice and friendly!

ILKB was a great way to jump start my weight loss journey and a fun way to de-stress from my day. The staff are all very friendly and supportive. I recommend giving them a try.

ILKB is a place I didn’t know I needed in my life. I went in looking to get out of my comfort zone and to meet more people who enjoy health and fitness and let me tell you I connected with people who I consider my friends now since I stepped in for my consultation and I have never let that place unhappy. Feel like I found a place my weirdness fits in with no judgement.

I am so happy I join the gym! ILoveKickboxing has helped me build my endurance and keep motivated to tone up! The staff are super knowledgeable and helpful!

They continue charging people for active contracts during a global pandemic despite having no physical location open.Requests for cancellation are met with 'you signed a contract!’ instead of compassion and understanding for the negative financial situations individuals are experiencing as a result of COViD.Instead of paying your cancellation fee, though, you can downgrade to a ‘25 class card’ that they know you’ll never use. They also refused to pause my membership.They think virtual instruction is worth the same amount as time spent in a studio using their equipment.Never sign a contract from them. It doesn’t state that they have to provide you with in-person service.

This gym is amazing! The people here are great and really take the time to work with you and make sure you feel comfortable and confident. 10/10 would recommend to any and everyone.
