Fit Theorem - Livonia, Mi

Joining ILKB has been the best decision I’ve ever made. The coaches are incredible and supportive as well as the other members! I love coming to classes and getting an amazing workout. I used to hate working out now I don’t want to miss a day of it!

ILKB Livonia is terrific!! They have got the best group of instructors ever!!!! They make you feel like you are family from the second you walk in the door. The workouts are great too. Whether it’s your first class or your 30th, the instructors are always right by your side, helping you to reach your goals. They have created a super fun and positive environment. Cannot say enough great things about ILKB, the instructors and the kickboxers that attend class there!!

This has been the best workout experience that I have ever had. Before my groupon was completed I was ready to start my membership. The trainers are all great with great bubbly and energetic personalities. They are always encouraging especially when you are questioning yourself as to why are you punishing yourself like this. But at the end of class you are feeling great and glad that you made it to class especially when we are taking our group photo and high fiving to another great class.

ILKB is the best place to get a great workout! The staff here are so welcoming and really want you to succeed. It is always super fun coming to class and very motivating. I am extremely blessed that I was able to find a workout routine that works for me! Would certainly recommend joining!!

ILKB is awesome! I have been searching for a workout program that i actually WANT to do, and i can't wait to go to class, and even look forward to going. The classes are a phenomenal workout, always something different, and the instructors meet your wherever you are and help push you to the next level! I am currently in need of some modifications to a large portion of class, and they have really come along side of me to make sure that I can still meet my goals, stay safe, and continue to get healthier and stronger! So glad I found ILKB Livonia!

I have been looking for an all around workout that would help with endurance, strength and toning. I needed something upbeat and with motivational people. I found exactly this when I walked in the door for my first class at ilovekickboxing! I was hooked after my first class and immediately signed up to be a member. The instructors and all the other people going are great! I have so much fun, most of the time I don’t realize the workout I am getting. The results have been amazing! Lost inches and lbs and more endurance. My arms are more toned! I am so glad I found this place!

I started at ILKB about 2 months ago now and WOW I cannot rave enough. In the past people would ask how I was enjoying my workout regimen and if I even had one, I was never excited about it. Now when people ask "how's kickboxing" I can honestly and excitedly say "I love it!"Why?-The trainers are all amazing, care so much about you safely doing the workouts and are so encouraging when they can tell you're having an off day.-The other members of the gym are incredibly encouraging and SO welcoming.-Most of all - this isn't a gym with a bunch of intimidating people that scare you out of trying something. Because the trainers and members next to you are so open, you always feel comfortable to learn, excel and ask questions on how to make something feel better when doing it. You won't feel like you don't fit in no matter how little or much experience you have in the fitness world.I'm beyond thankful that I found my way to ILKB Livonia. I have had a long route of a fitness journey and not only am I comfortable, I've already seen some pretty awesome results and I know they'll just keep coming.

I just joined and I am so excited for my next class. The team there is encouraging and excellent at teaching you. They make you feel like you belong no matter what your fitness level is and they show you how to do the workouts. If you want to get in shape and have someone help you feel motivated, I love kickboxing is the place for you!

I've been to many gyms and countless gym classes and got bored very fast. ILoveKickboxing Livonia changed that for me! The staff and trainers there are extremely welcoming and friendly. They make you feel like you've been part of the group your entire life! The place is always clean and I come out feeling awesome every time!

Recently decided to take up kickboxing. Something I always wanted to do but always found am excuse not to do it. Decided to give ILKB a try after seeing their introductory offer. Must say, the welcoming feeling from the instructors gave me the courage I needed to make a decision to sign up. I've loved the classes so far. Upbeat, energetic and encouraging atmosphere. Would highly recommend for anyone to try. Speaking from my own experience, I can tell you that it's perfect for a beginner.
