I honestly cant say enough good things about the ILKB-Livonia studio. The classes are great and a great environment but the real winner is they staff. They are absolutely amazing, This is truly a family atmosphere! You want to be here, trust me!

This place is the best!! Not only do you get a great workout but you get to be a part of a fit fam! All the instructors are great and will keep you accountable if that’s what’s holding you back! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to workout, have fun, and make some awesome friends!

This is the best workout ever! I find it to be great for me as a beginner and see myself building up my stamina with each class. The trainers are great and really encourage me to be my best. It is never boring and the support is wonderful.

This place has 100% exceeded my expectations. I’ve tried everything from spin to barre and kickboxing by far is my FAVORITE! I love kickboxing challenges you throughout the entire session. They kick it up every time to keep you interested and to meet your goals. I recommend this company to everyone!!!

This place is my second home;The instructors are there for each person to help reach their goals and they truly mean it & help you achieve it. The owner is my favorite person ever, like just ask to meet Jenny & you’ll know what I’m talking about. The studio is so comfortable & you legit know you’re apart of a family! I absolutely love the classes ! On top of them helping me be stronger, mentally there are no words for the stress relief!! The staff is supportive, encouraging and so enthusiastic! The culture of being a member is amazing too. We all lift each other up. There are all different skill levels and no judgement!!

As soon as I opened the doors to ILKB I was immediately struck by their high level of enthusiasm and positive attitudes – smiles, smiles everywhere! They showed me modifications when I struggled with things, never judging always encouraging. I joined after my first class - that enthusiasm and positivity is infectious! In just 3 months they have made me not only physically stronger but mentally. I am extremely proud to be a part of the ILKB community!

I❤️kickboxing Livonia is Fitness with a pretty Dope twist to always keep you interested and on your toes. I didn’t realize how out of shape I was but with just a few classes I’ve already notice a change in my performance during class and my daily life. Thanks to the super supportive staff pushing me even when I think I have no more left.

ILKB Livonia has been the best decision I've made this year. With my upcoming wedding, I knew I needed a change to make me feel confident on my big day. ILKB Livonia has done that. The instructors are an encouraging, supportive, and motivating team and they do their best to learn everyone's name and make you feel welcome.
