One of the worst gyms. I was here only for less than a month and something came up so I need it to go back home. Anyway I came to cancel my subscription and then they made me pay 58 buck for cancellation fess which is more than twice of my monthly payment. This is fraud to take money for no reason and without giving me any service and telling me they had my sign for commitment. That’s one of the worst services I ever had!!

I have been there for about 1 year or so and it's a great NON JUDGEMENT place but I am paying for the Black membership so I have access to the 2 massage rooms, the Star Treck room (I call it like this... where you can dance for 12 mns in there and have your cells shaken).... BUT IT IS SO FREEZING COLD... I go in the morning after bring my child to ROGERS and then go on with my working day but IT IS ALWAYS SO SO COLD. I HAVE WRITTEN A NICE LETTER, left 5 messages at front desk in the course of the last 2 months and NO ONE IS COMING BACK TO ME. Today I was told the name of the manager J..... So if you would show you care about your clients. I WILL SO APPRECIATE YOU SHOW YOU CARE FOR THE WELL BEING OF YOUR CLIENTS. WE ARE IN LONG BEACH> AND WE CARE ABOUT PEOPLE HERE> do you?

As you walk into the door you are hit by this INCREDIBLE pungent horrible smell. It actually hurt my nose! No way I would want to work out in this place. The place is dirty and disgusting. No, thanks. Weight area looks like San Quentin State prison court yard with prisoners lifting for self-defense.

I have really enjoyed the Long Beach Ximeno Ave Planet fitness. I am cancelling due to the fact my schedule has changed and I do not work out at the gym anymore. However, this particular facility has had the best customer service and has fantastic machines and amenities. Thank you!

The overhead music is to loud most have own headphones and don’t need the gym to compete!
