big gym plenty of machines to chose from , good location . love the use of the massage chairs and free classes if u need to learn how to use a certain machine.

Huge gym, good equipment, recently my only complaint is the AC has been off and it gets sooooo hot and stuffy, making my workout almost unbearable to get through. Please get the AC working it’s been over a month, I would think they would get it fixed ASAP.

Sketchy charges. The gym offers very low monthly membership but other charges are hidden in the tiny text on your contract, such as annual fee! And they don' t send a courtesy notice that you will be charged annual fee. They just take it from your account and when you come to the gym wondering what is that extra charge they just show you the tiny text on the contract. Apparently I wasn't t the first one wondering that.I reached out to their manager Patricia, unfortunately she really really really did not want to help me.I decided to leave Planet Fitness. This is not a fair neither transparent dealing with customers.

I definitely love planet fitness! I feel like I can workout without being judged. Staff is so helpful and willing to help you learn and understand how to properly use the machines.

It used be a decent place to workout, but these last few months its been stifling hot inside, like they stopped turning on their AC. Im sweating before even working out. Stuffy, not comfortable. Making me want to just pay a higher fee for a more comfortable gym at this point.

Great place clean,nice staff and great exercise equipment thanks and really good price 1 person member only 10 dollars. For black card bring a guest and use massage tables. 29.99 a month and open 24/ 7

Mens locker smells like Wet dog, Also got weirdo homeless dudes in the shower. Worst Pf i been to in LA been to like 5+ I didn’t even workout left immediately

Variety of equipment, the hours which means U can go anytime any day. The people that work there are very cordial and respectful I forgot her name but she's the lady who signed me up. Great customer service and explained everything thoroughly. It's only a block away from my residence. Can't get better than that with the gas prices soaring
