I work at a gym and have never rationalized spending money on a gym membership until I tried Lefthand. I would recommend to anyone who is trying crossfit for the 1st time or the 100th time!

I'm in Boulder for about a week so I decided to check out Crossfit Lefthand since they were one of the only gyms with Open Gym hours throughout the day and they offer a weekly pass that is reasonable. I talked with Joe and Megan and they could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I really dig the layout and spaciousness of their facility. Plus, it has all the equipment you could ever want for power, olympic, or strongman type lifting. I'm just sad i'm not in Boulder for longer!

As a long time Crossfiter who had been a member of several boxes (and dropped into about 20 more when traveling), these guys are the best! The coaches are highly skilled and very concerned about technique and safety--while pushing you hard, of course! There is also a very friendly community amongst the athletes here. Because of Crossfit, I can do many things better at age 60 than I could in my 30s. Give this place a try!

The best gym by far I have ever been to. The coaches make sure to actually coach you in your workouts to give you the best experience. The staff is so friendly and supportive. If you have never done crossfit before, part of your experience will entail a set of onboarding classes to coach you in the basic maneuvers of crossfit. Never have I felt out of place or afraid to do the movements because the coaches make sure you are comfortable with everything before you start adding heavy weight. The people and environment are very friendly and supportive, always cheering you on when you are completing your workout.

Crossfit Lefthand was the best thing I found while traveling in Boulder CO. All the coaches are skilled, motivated, and bring hype to the environment. Attention given to each individual was incredible and reassuring. The community at this box welcomed me with open arms. Will definitely visit again if I'm in the area.

The coaches at Lefthand CF are the best I've ever worked with in a CF gym. No question about it. They are engaged, they watch us carefully and correct with useful instruction to keep us safe and also see us progress. I love this gym and love the coaches!!

I joined Crossfit Lefthand as a complete Crossfit novice and was immediately treated like a part of the family. The coaching is truly outstanding. It's amazing the strides you can make when you have the right people coaching you along the way. My endurance, strength, and energy have skyrocketed and I am truly excited to go workout everyday!

I joined about a year ago and i was totally out of shape. I never did CrossFit before but a friend persuaded me to try it. The coaches were very patient and scaled the WODs so I could learn the movements but still get a good workout. They are great at seeing what someone can, they know when to push but also when to stop.I definitely got much stronger and I really enjoy working out in this great community!
