WHY HAVE THE HOURS CHANGED? THIS LOCATION HAS ALWAYS BEEN 23/7. HOW LONG ARE THE HOURS GOING TO BE LIMITED? UNACCEPTABLE. I'm being billed full price for a gym that is no longer open during late night hours

Planet fitness in Longmont is fantastic. The facility and the patrons are careful with social distancing. The planetfitness app on Android is very agressive : it pushes notifications which cannot be silenced and forces users to check the promotional messages. Please stop that!

It's nice to see a gym that actually follows safe practices in these times. Everything is clean and in working order and there is plenty of sanitizing products. Thank you planet fitness!

Clean facility, friendly staff.Had to terminate my membership because I’m moving and the assistant manager Brittany made my cancellation SUPER easy to do in person. Highly recommend this gym!

Update 5.17.21: very disappointed that masks are not being unforced for a little while longer or validation of vaccination is being checked. 3/4 of all the people this morning were mask less. MERCA!For the most part it is a good experience. There are a a few stationary incumbent bikes that need work for a few weeks and they have not been fixed. I have also found hand sanitizer had not been filled very often lately.

It's a decent place to work out. It's clean, and the staff are helpful and nice. I have been doing physical therapy for my back and neck and there is plenty of room to stretch out on the floor. No one steps on ya.

I was diagnosed with Lupus in early Sep. When trying to cancel my membership I feel as if I was thrown through a loop hole. My first step of action was through the website. And you cannot cancel through the website, I think that is rather unfair. So I called and was told to write a letter or come in. With my recent diagnosis I decided to write a letter. Then came October where I was charged my annual fee and monthly fee. I then called again. Was assured my membership would be canceled due to medical. Not only was I told this, but that last payment I was charged over drafted my bank account and I was charged an additional $31 with my bank. I then tried to contact corporate, but was on hold for over 22 min. So i took the charge as what I thought would be my last payment. Come November, I am charged another monthly fee. I was pretty upset and tried calling corporate yet again and was on hold for 17 min and 37 seconds. 2 time calling with no success. I then went into the Planet Fitness in Louisville, where the employees were extremely kind, and was told I would have to go to my main gym location. I do no think it should be this difficult to cancel a membership and it should not be this difficult to contact corporate. I cant even lodge a complaint about my home club because it goes directly to the person I am trying to lodge a complaint on. Im now out over $100, sick, and trying to cancel my membership. I call my home club, the first women I talk to on the phone is very pleasant, apologetic and understanding. The manager I talked to second was not. I finally think/prey my membership has OFFICIALLY been canceled but it should not have been that hard or taken that long. Im very very un happy with your set up. That it took this long, that I cant speak with corporate, that Im out this money.

Great spot! Lots of workout areas and tons of machines so never really waiting for a specific one. The stand up tanning bed is AWESOME and the hydro massage is to die for. So happy I picked this gym to join!

This planet fitness is the worst one in the entire area. Staff is unprofessional and the manager as well. They gave us (my husband and I) a hard time because we were overweight and came in before work just to use the chairs. The other patrons were rude too. Its also dirty. Blood and faces in showers eeww! Definitelytdidn't live up to the judgment free zone reputation. Its obvious when they put my 400lb life on the TV every time we come in, only on the TV right where the massage chairs are. My first time at the gym was today. I am a fitness enthusiast, and I want to try all the gyms in Longmont. I was greeted when I walked through the door. The staff helped me get checked in on my phone and then turned me loose to crush a workout. I was able to get in a great workout. I didn't have to wait on any machines, and the staff was polite when asking me to wear a mask. The only thing lacking for me was the free weights, sandbags, sleds, and other functional fitness equipment.See you soon!
