Great gym for a great price! The staff is always kind and helpful and there are plenty of machines to go around. Shower facilities are meh - but for the monthly membership cost one can't expect a spa. It's a clean facility and members are courteous and focused.

I’ve always had a great experience at this location! I’ve stopped by from out of town a few times over the last month or so. The staff is friendly and even the Manager Destiny, was very professional and even showed me how to work a few machines and took the time to answer all of my questions. She spent the time to get to know me and my goals and made me feel welcome. Planet Fitness is an amazing gym, but this location will be my go to from when I am in town. I highly recommend it!

Really clean facility. People working out weren’t wearing masks. No soap in the showers. Friendly staff. The hydro massage lounger was A+. Would lift here again.

Great! Lots of machines open 24/7. Black card members get all the perks. Taning, hydro massage, and massage chairs also.

i’ve never had a pleasant experience with ANY of the staff. i’ve been trying to get a refund for not even using the facility for awhile and it’s so annoying playing phone tag with everyone. the facility isn’t clean even prior to the pandemic and i never actually felt safe or judgement free whenever i went into this location specifically.

I went in here expecting to only pay my monthly bill for the plus membership. I was told there was no contract and no annual fee since I was part of the summer program, and now I’m getting changed constantly and I’m super upset about it!! Planet fitness is about no commitment and no judgement and planet fitness really doesn’t apply to that. I got charged 40$ For something I didn’t agree on and then I went to cancel the membership and now I can’t. Really can’t stand this gym anymore!

Clean and friendly gym. Good machines with just about everything you need. Even added resistance bands to the 360° fitness area! Decent showers, I would recommend this PF to anyone in Longmont

If you like people grunting and groaning, having phone conversations throughout the gym, and the occasional pet working out with you, this Is the place for you, and the reason for my rating. In a positive note, the equipment is clean in great shape, although not a a large enough weight selection, especially in peak hours. There are plenty of cardio machines are available no matter when you go

Fine until you need to cancel. My housebound hospice care parent called multiple times and was held to a requirement of going in person to cancel membership or go to post office to send a certified letter. Both obviously not possible, To add insult to injury, they do not return phone calls when they promise and they just charged them another annual membership fee. The behavior is not service related and completely unreasonable. They should be ashamed.

In a non Covid19 world I would give Planet Fitness 5 ⭐️, but since opening, and with the mandate that everyone wear masks I am disappointed that people aren’t wearing their masks properly, and staff aren’t prepared to address the situation. While the manager did listen to my concern, he never walked the floor while I was there or asked which patrons weren’t compliant with wearing masks. If you aren’t fit enough to wear a mask and workout, then workout at home. We all need to do are part. As for me, I’m not sure if I will keep my membership if Planet Fitness isn’t committed to keeping the facility as clean and healthy as possible.I wanted to update my review that I wrote about a month ago. I want to say, “Good job” I have been in PF three times recently, and everyone had their mask on. Today one of the workers walked around and made sure people wore their masks. I really appreciate it! PF really stepped up! Awesome job! 🌺
