Good place to run, swim, and lift. There are quite a few machines and other helpful workout equipment that I use. Well kept, lots of towels readily available, sanitizing wipes, water fountains, nice facilities.

Good facilities. Friendly staff, however please turn the lights on in the parking lot because it is very dangerous going into and out of the facility during the early morning hours. From a risk management perspective its an accident waiting to happen.UPDATE:THANK YOU FOR TURNING ON THE LIGHTS!Went to the Institute this morning and the parking lot lights were On! Much safer! Thank you!
