Great place to workout. Has very nice indoor lap pool and resistance pool. Hot tube and cold plunge pool.

Love this place, the facility is always clean and the staff down to the custodians are nice, professional, helpful. and empathetic. bedt gym facility in Longview Texas hands down

I love going to the health institute for therapy! The therapist are always so nice and help me to reach my goals! A big shout out to all the therapist and the receptionist for always making me feel loved!

I have received "after surgery" therapy here for several weeks. I cannot express in words how awesome these people are. From the ladies at the front desk to the therapists, and their helpers, they treat you with dignity, compassion, and downright GREAT care. THANK YOU, Brandon, Christina, Zachary, Jennifer, and Amanda! You all are simply the best, and I am better for it!
