LOVE this boutique gym! It’s on the 7th floor of the Intercontinental Hotel on 7th and Grand. You do need elevator access and you have to scan your member card to use the gym so it feels very exclusive! They have the newest Technogym equipment, a gorgeous dance/fitness studio, the nicest bathroom with lockers, a sauna and steam room, showers, and CLEAN bathrooms!!! It’s never busy like every other gym in DTLA so it feels like I have the place to myself when I work out. 🤩 They also offer various classes throughout the week.

Awesome gym within the Intercontinental Hotel Los Angeles. Normally $150/month. Access is included with your stay at the intercontinental hotel. Includes all the bells and whistles with nice locker rooms with wet and dry saunas, showers, and a full list of equipment that have guides that show you your performance

Amazing gym, not only is it virtually empty most of the time but the customer service is great and the space is always clean. It might be in the higher side of pricing but it makes up for it in every aspect.
