Very nice location, well equipped and clean. Staff is always nice

This rating is for this location/front desk staff. I recently went to workout at this location and they said they required reservations and to show them my reservation. Well I have gone to other LA county Blink locations and they don’t require, no longer a reservation. The front desk tells me to reserve a spot in the app. Well the app doesn’t have that option anymore or any longer at all, then she tells me guest are not being accepted at this location. This was the annoying point, I called days before if they are accepting guest and all and they said yes, before arriving. The staff is completely lost or have different info telling their members. I just left since they were not being helpful at all and the to make it worse, the gym was completely empty. Staff seem biased and lost with their info. Ended up just leaving and went to another blink location in LA county with no issue .

They do a good job at keeping it nice and clean. There’s also ample parking. Only thing is that employees look like they hate their job. Yikes. Also, one message for the ladies: if you see someone using a mirror, don’t go ahead and start taking pictures of yourself. It’s a privacy issue. Plus this is the GYM. Go take pictures at your house. Thanks :)

Just started to work out lil by lil hope to keep going until I reach my goals, I know it ain't easy but I'm willing to put in the hard work and time also this place in nice always clean and a machines are always open at least when I go. Staff is friendly and kind which goes a long way in my book al they have disinfectant wipes for you to use before and after.

First day at this gym and the front desk person was friendly and helpful. The gym itself was clean and the equipment is efficiently setup.The only issue I had on the first day was noticing and heard an overweight manager selectively addressing certain members during their workout about policies of the gym. When others were allowed to break the same polices he spoke upon. Not a good sign about my future experience going forward here with this type of oppressive style mentality, but I'm optimistic.

Came here for the first time today. Upon entering i was greeted by the 2 receptionist.(they were really nice btw). The gym was very clean /sanitized and they require proof of vaccination which is a plus! Will be back as a regular for sure!

Excellent service, spacious place, devices in excellent condition, I loved it

It is the gym that I have been attending for 2 months, they very kindly welcome you and say goodbye. What I like is that people try to be a little cleaner when they finish using the machines. I am very happy and very comfortable, only one small defect that I'm sure they can fix it, they shouldn't allow people to wear sleeveless because it already happened to me twice that a man had a very strong smell from his armpits and lefteverything very stinky. sorry but that's what happened
