Fitness Covered

My friend found a flyer which I saw. I called and and got scheduled for my chiropractic and training sessions. The gym was clean and the guy On the phone was nice and helpful and followed up with me right away.

I developed a shoulder issue while working remotely and was nervous about leaving the house during the pandemic. Fitness Covered booked my first appointment promptly, signed me up to work with Dr. Marc and Rex, and I've been a happy camper ever since :) The staff are friendly and professional, they took my temperature when I got there, and everyone wore masks. Rex has been an amazing therapist, pushing me just enough toward progress, but not too much, too soon. The location in Glendale is easy walking distance from the Americana Galleria and plenty of parking! Overall I'm extremely grateful to them for helping me recover and feel like myself again!

Dr. Marc Glikin has been terrific for my rehabilitation of my shoulder. The attention to detail on where and how my pain is triggered, the rehab is maticulously planned, and my Fitness Covered trainer Kevin does a fantastic job making sure proper form and attention is dedicated in getting it right.

Rex is a phenomenal trainer that is rare to find! His attention to the importance of proper technique and form during our workout is on another level and has helped me achieve my fitness goals in a safe way that also prevents future injuries. I’m really grateful for the whole team at Fitness Covered, they genuinely care about my wellbeing. Lots of space so you don’t feel crowded like at typical gyms. A welcoming and friendly atmosphere with good vibes all around. It was also a very pleasant surprise to find out the chiropractor accepts my Blue Cross insurance. Another bonus is how I don’t have to worry about parking because there is always a spot! You guys rock! 🙏

I hurt my back when cleaning out the garage to the point where I could barely walk. I emailed Fitness Covered explaining my situation and was able to schedule an appointment for next day. The staff and physicians are amazing. First, I saw the chiropractor who was right on site and he was able to put my spine in place. Then I was introduced to the therapist who went over some stretches and exercises that I needed to heal and prevent future injuries. I felt much better right away and next morning I felt good enough to take a run around the neighborhood! I’ve been working with my trainer, Kevin, for the last month and have never felt stronger. I’ve lost 10 pounds and all my friends keep complimenting me on my ‘new body’. I feel safe coming here and there is always plenty of parking in their lot or on the street. I highly recommend Fitness Covered for their professionalism, friendliness,, and all around great experience.

The facility here is fantastic including the staff. From day one I felt like they have my best interest at heart. I’ve been struggling staying active throughout this pandemic not knowing what to do. Luckily all the stars aligned and so happy I found this place. My insurance covers the sessions which is incredible. I’ve also had a few chiropractic adjustments that felt phenomenal during and after. I am in the best shape of my life thanks to Rex and Dr. Marc! Finally something positive I can look forward to this year!!

I had never been to a chiropractor previously. I was experiencing stiffness and pain in my mid to upper back/neck. Range of motion was limited and I couldn’t touch my toes without discomfort. I’ve had regular visits for the last 3 weeks now, but I started to feel significantly better after week one. Today my posture is better and I experience no pain in my back after physical activity. The staff is kind and informative, and they accepted my work insurance. Thanks again, Fitness Covered!

I have no problem giving a 5-star review as Fitness Covered has become a cornerstone in my health regimen. I’ve had back and hip pain on and off for years. Like many the pain likely is a result of past sports injuries, poor posture, poor mechanics, sitting too much, and strength imbalances. I had convinced myself the pain was “normal” and was just part of growing up.I started seeing Dr Marc due to a referral from a colleague and eventually transitioned to the rest of the team during my treatment sessions. As an athlete, trainer Kevin has a unique ability to[ spot issues with form, relate to injuries and to make specific and inspired recommendations based on your overall routine. I feel i have gotten so much more out of my care from Dr Marc than adjustments and temporary relief. My treatments have run the gamut and they’ve all been expertly administered and exceed my expectations. The gym and office are super clean and spacious. I have felt secure breaking my own quarantine to see them and highly encourage anyone living with discomfort to reject the notion of “normal pain” and book an appointment asap.
