I’ve had a horrible experience at this location I dealt with an unfriendly condescending very difficult manager named samaria she played games with the app. got my membership use as an member unable to use and kept taking me out of my classes already booked how are you this condescending and unprofessional?? Im sure im not the only one who has experienced these difficulties as a mother, daughter and friend, i’m not sure how you can treat people a certain way especially a paying member and get away with it shame on you “samaria” I hope you learned you’re lesson and play well with youre teammates and new members that decide to join this location.

The people who work here are not forthcoming about what you're signing up for. I was under the impression I was paying a one-time amount for a certain number of classes, yet noticed I was being charged monthly. When I reached out to them they told me "the membership was not explained to me" saying it even said that in my file that they didn't "have time" to go over everything. I asked to speak to the manager multiple times to dispute these charges, left my name and number, as well as sending multiple emails. I never heard back and was charged 4x the amount that was disclosed to me.

I’m a huge Orangetheory fan and have been for 3.5 years now! OTF Noho specifically is very clean, modernized and has amazing staff! The staff is always very friendly and kind. I highly recommend working out here - it’s an accommodating and motivating environment that will certainly get you good results as long as you stick with it!!

This gym is a newer location and spacious Vs Sherman oaks. The staff are professional. Jasmine is my favorite coach. The workout is pretty efficient and great if you’re trying to burn calories. I’ve run for years and this is the first time I feel like I’m pushing myself in a totally new way. Happy so far after ~15 classes

First and foremost, I’m would like to begin my review by saying I love Orangetheory. Thus far, I’ve taken 2 classes and I already feel my body is benefiting from their customized workouts. I like workout because you don’t spend a lot of time doing just one workout, thus you won’t burnout. Secondly, the staff in North Hollywood is impeccable, they are friendly and so so helpful. Amazing support team here. Thank you to Adam, Brea, Lal, Max, Isatou and Chris for such a warm welcome. I am a lifelong member :) xo

Be mindful when you sign up for their membership. They will try to convince you to stay and will continue to charge your credit card even if you tell them that you want to cancel. When I signed up for their membership I was told that I can cancel after being billed for a month. That is not the case. They agreed to "accommodate" me for missed classes due to a medical reason and their "accommodation" was a way to keep charging my card. I should have simply cancelled my membership and refused to accept their so-called help when I had the chance to! I reached out to them to dispute the charge on my account and was told that I'm "REQUIRED" to keep my membership for another two billing cycles since I was accommodated.I reviewed the "temporary suspension" contract which I was supposed to sign prior to the accommodation request and there is no where in the contract that states that I'm "required" to keep my membership for another two billing cycles. This is a scam. No one should be required to do anything. I voluntarily signed up for their membership and held the right to cancel "anytime" after one month of membership! This should have been a positive experience! Instead, I feel tricked and defeated. It's unfortunate that they have to go to this extent to keep taking money from clients. It's such a shame that I trusted them!

Avoid this place at all costs. Tried one class and next thing you know I have hundreds of dollars of unauthorized credit card charges. Such a scam.

Safety risks: injury and maybe covid too. Started feeling funny in the middle of my jog. When the run finished I started getting dizzy. Had to leave halfway through the class. Turns out the air conditioning has not worked properly for 3 days. No warning. Only found out because I asked. It was cooler outside than inside and halfway home felt like I was going to pass out - had to stop at a restaurant.Even worse, I had to leave without doing any of the floor workout and the manager would not even credit me for the class even though the AC that’s malfunctioning is the one about my workout section.
