Costumer service sucked the other day I went on the morning the thing to scan the phone was twisted and far away I thought the guy was going to help me but he just looked at me struggling who ever is in charge has to really tell the people who work their they need to improve on their customer service or take a class the only good thing they actually clean the machines here when I go to the Lynnwood planet fitness their really nice and helpful it has a better vibe

I go in after midnight because of work. I prefer it at this time because there isn't much foot traffic. There's a few people in there but not as bad as let's say if you were to go in the morning. This place is pretty clean. Only down fall would be parking for those that come to the gym anytime after 8am because it is located in a Plaza Mexico and this place is always crowded.

I walked in to find out if they had a sauna and he told me they didn't have one. He gave me all the prices and all of the plans which I thought was pretty cool. He was very friendly. I want to join a gym but I do not want to join a gym that does not have a sauna. I've been trying and looking and looking and still have not found a planet fitness that has a sauna.

Very poorly run. I've been training since 1985. Every gym that I've trained at, mostly Gold's, have limits on how long to use the equipments. I spent an hour working out on legs with 3 different machines. But when I needed to proceed to the next workout, all 4 of the Smith Machines were occupied by the same individuals who had been using them when I first entered the gym, mostly texting on their phones. Usually, gyms allow 20-30 minutes maximum to occupy the machines, considering there are others who need to use them. It discouraged me. I decided to end my workout and finish it at the gym where I normally train (I was at PF as a guest with my girlfriend.) I doubt that I'll ever train there again anytime soon.

That I always get an outstanding work out! Specially in a great environment, the machines are always clean and up-to-date. The staff team are phenomenal and welcoming overall a great experience. So if you need a great pump & workout planet fitness is the place to be! 💪 …

If you guys are going to keep the urinals broken like this all the time, PLEASE tell your employees that stop using the stall to sit-down for texting and watch videos everyday!Every evening when I go, there's a tall latino guy that goes for over 20min twice a day, I know that becase that's the time It takes me to take a shower, get dressed, etc.Please do something about it.
