I absolutely love this Bar Method Studio. All of the instructors are so attentive during class and personally care about each and every student! I find it hard to challenge myself when I workout by myself, so this class structure has been great for me - I feel so much stronger and toned. I would highly recommend this studio - I have been going for 6 months now and I genuinely enjoy every single class!

Every teacher I have has been great! I have tight hips and stressed out shoulders, but the instructors are patient and continuously work to help me improve my form. The fact that the learn client names and offer tons of adjustments is really helpful and much appreciated. I highly recommend Bar Method to anyone looking to improve their posture and tone quickly. I've seen my arms muscles change in two weeks!

I just moved to the area a few weeks ago and was in need of a new workout regimen that match my interests and put me out of my comfort zone so I went with Bar Method. I love going to class, I always expect it to be challenging but I walk out feeling sooo strong and accomplished. The front desk staff and instructors couldn't be nicer. Great experience so far. I highly recommend Bar Method, especially the Brentwood studio. I've been going to Bar Method for years now and it is always a good workout. The owners and instructors are top notch. Not only are the classes still difficult, yet fun, but they are incredibly knowledgeable and pay close attention to form. I suffer from various injuries with my hips and knees and I'm still able to have a safe and effective workout here.

Bar Method is incredibly effective, and it never gets easier, so even after going to the classes for years, I still feel like I have a lot to continue improving. It's also fun, and something I look forward to doing, especially as the teachers are warm and welcoming, which is pretty unique for a gym/exercise studio.

Bar Method is my favorite workout! The instructors are friendly and warm. The studio is on the small side, but is clean and fresh. I go several times a week and can already see the change in my body! Tighter and stronger all the way. :)

I have been going to Bar Method for 4+ years now and I love it. It is the perfect combination of cardio, stretching, strength training from head to toe in one full hour! There are lots of classes to accommodate your daily schedule and the teachers are fantastic. I have never felt so good!
