The Bar Method is an amazing workout! I have been working out for years and until The Bar Method, I didn't realize I had so many muscles that I wasn't tapping into. It is seriously the best workout to increase strength and flexibility. Not only are the instructors enthusiastic, motivating and extremely well prepared, but they make it their priority to help every single person in class get the most out of their experience. From the moment you walk into the studio, the desk managers make you feel at home. I would highly recommend The Bar Method!

The staff is so welcoming and helpful. The teachers are warm, fun and very encouraging. The workouts are very challenging but I can always take the easy option for each set if I am feeling a little weak. The instructors are so inspiring that I find I usually try to push myself. I love this studio! I have been going to Bar Method for four years and I recommend it to all of my friends and coworkers. The instructors are so friendly and professional. And the workout is so effective. I lost 7 pounds after my first month of doing the unlimited monthly membership. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to lose weight quickly and look leaner. It literally burns the fat and converts it into muscle so you look toned. the bar method is phenomenal. i got hooked after one class. in a month i could start to see changes in my body - I'm getting more toned and my seat is more lifted, and i feel stronger. the teachers are all amazing, and no two classes are identical so you don't get tired of the same workout. i would recommend this to anyone. plus, the studio is so clean and tidy so its really nice to walk into that sort of workout studio.

I love The Bar Method. The studios I am involved with (West Hollywood, Brentwood, and West LA) all the Instructors really care about proper form and giving you YOUR best work out. The front desk associates are great and Mimi is amazing! I used to be a "gym rat" and now I am forever changed into a "barre rat." :)
