Planet Fitness does a really great job of keeping the equipment and gym clean, making sure masks are being worn and creating a welcoming, safe and comfortable place to workout. I witnessed an employee having to ask a member to leave because she was unwilling to follow the mask policy. The employee was professional and civil while doing so and I appreciate her monitoring that masks are being worn. This is a great gym and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to workout!

A huge thank you to the staff at this Planet Fitness! I personally witnessed an employee keeping everyone safe and compliant with the mask mandate, even when faced with an unhappy non-mask wearer. I applaud this employee and am very appreciative of their work to keep us safe and healthy. Keep up the great work Louisville Planet Fitness!

Overall the worst Planet Fitness I've been in!No hot water the handful of times I've gone, and there is no effort to resolve this as others have commented on reviews before.The OWNER is extremely rude!! and is obviously only there for a paycheck and to verbally put down paying customers as well as issuing threats of being unable to return because of complaints about the condition of the bathroom.
