Deceptive sales practice. There are 3 membership levels on their website. The "More" plan is the only one that allows guests. Their website says "Unlimited Guest Privileges" which logically means guests have unlimited access (privileges), to the facility. What they don't clarify is that it means you can bring a guest, but the guest does NOT have access all areas and amenities. The guests are limited in what they can do.When brought to the staff's attention I was advised that I could see what Unlimited Guest Privileges actually means if I read the fine print of the multipage member agreement. I was told my guest could sign up for their own premium or higher membership if they wanted to access all areas like me.I sign up for the high level of membership because the website said a guest has unlimited privileges but then I am told no, and they try to sell me another membership. Classic deceptive advertising and bait and switch by the staff. I am so disappointed.

Staff member (during tour): "I don't think I've ever seen someone waiting for a piece of equipment."Lol, BS, I'm always having to wait for most pieces of equipment. Crowded AF!3 stars because it's worth it for the cost I suppose. More equipment than Planet Fitness (similar cost) but much more crowded. Things to keep in mind...-Usually extremely crowded, you will be waiting to use equipment/benches or you will have to do something else (cardio machines usually okay).-Parking is bad (because it's so crowded).-Closes at 7:00pm on weekends...so ridiculous.-No bags allowed (must keep in lockers).

My sister and I worked out on Saturday afternoon. After our workout we decided to get a protein shake. Thank you Aaron for helping us out with the shake wanted, he is super friendly and knowledgeable. This gym has everything you need...I am so happy this is so close to home!

Joined this week and am very impressed. The gym is super clean, and there are cleaning wipe stations all over the gym. Still no WIFI yet and the media room wasn't working properly, but these are things that will all be ironed out I'm sure. As far as masks, the mandate is ending next week, so if you are concerned about COVID you may want to avoid crowded gyms right now.

Okay, I just want to say "wow". This isn't a gym. It's not only a lifestyle but an experience. I adore this place and if I could live here I would. Pool, 3 saunas, team training, massage chairs. The works. If gold's gym had a baby with planet fitness and then that gym developed a pool and a turf training area, that would Chuze.

I appreciate the affordability offered for a wide set of high-quality training equipment. For $10 a month, I get access to a plethora of cardio equipment, resistance machines, a wide-spanning dumbbell rack with various seating options, proper deadlifting platforms, squat racks, and turf with additional accessories. You really can't argue with that kind of value for your money.

I love this place! The vibe I great! I'm a beginner and everyone is so kind without judging! And the energized attitudes are empowering, even at 5am! I'm very pleased with the theater, hydro massage, and the employees! You all rock!

I absolutely fell in love with this gym when i moved to Loveland. I hate complaining and giving bad reviews but my biggest complaint is after my work outs i like to wind down in the studio with an ab or stretch routine as do many others, But any time i go into the studio around 7pm (they close at 10pm) i get interrupted mid routine with a team member coming in and moping or vacuuming. I understand everyone is ready to go home in 3 hours but i don’t go in the room if someone is already cleaning it. i feel like they can hold off if there are people using that room. I have lung issues and the chemicals really affect my breathing. I’ve tried to ignore the issue but It’s becoming more of an issue, as far as my breathing AND now I’ve experienced mid routine MANY different team members ask me to MOVE so they can vacuum/ mop where i am which is extremely rude.Second it’s extremely inconvenient that EACH time I have gone in for the past month the computer system is down, it takes 10 minutes or more just to buy a protein shake or a pre work out drink.I’m currently looking for another gym.

Went to activate a 7 day trial. I had an email stating the kid club was included. Upon arrival the front desk staff member said she did not know whether the kid club was included or not. I asked if there was a drop in fee in the case that the kid club is not included on the 7 day trial. Again she said she did not know anything about it. She then said the kid zone is "separate" from the gym and she knew zero information about it. She wanted to activate my account (mind you I'm standing there holding a toddler in my arms) but I declined. I can't use a trial pass if there is no kid club! This is concerning because it leads a person to believe the memberships are all over the place and non inclusive....Kid club staff was friendly and knowledgeable.Kid club NOT included on 7 day trial.Overall, your front desk staff needs lots of work.

So this gym is very nice, lots of good equipment and cool features, front staff is very friendly etc. but their Kids Club has been pretty irritating so far. Checking in and out takes way too long. I had to bring my 10 year old step-son and they wouldn’t let him just sit near the lobby and read and insisted he go into the kids club, which is $10 for one drop in visit! There was nothing for him to do in his age range and he just sat there surrounded by screaming toddlers. They don’t have WiFi, the showers are freezing (no soap either), and if ya need to buy a tampon it’ll cost you $3 :) I’m sure once they work out the kinks it’ll be great and I really like the classes and what not, just a few annoying little things lately.*Update - The Kids Club has improved since writing this review and everyone has been very friendly lately so changing the stars as well :)
