Chuze Fitness

It is so incredibly packed at all times so don't expect to get a real work out in. You walk away from any machine it gets jacked almost every time even if you're stuff is there. Been several times and it's a constant. Classes are always instantly booked out too so if you want to so any you need to book it as soon as they open. Not a fan and will only use Chuze as my backup option in a pinch.

I previously wrote a review on here and still feel the same way about the staff and the facility. The employees are very helpful and the gym is incredibly clean and nice. Sadly they still haven't fixed the wifi it has been a problem since they opened in Feb of 2022. It is now Sept and still hasn't been fixed. The service is terrible. I work almost on call and I have recently had to find a new gym to attend because I don't receive calls, messages and emails. My music cannot connect as well so I have to pre download all my music before I even attend the gym. Corp really needs to get things together. If your paying for a membership and advertising all the amenities then they need to be working and fixed in an orderly way. You will start losing members if this doesn't get fixed. Not the only member that feels like this from the group of people I know that attend this gym as well.

I love this gym. The staff are so polite and always cheerful when you walk in. The only thing about Chuze that I can complain about is the WiFi. Gyms been open since Jan of this year and the wifi has worked maybe 30% of the time since then. Hasn't worked at all the last 2-3 weeks. Besides the wifi the gym is great, staff are solid and all the amenities ( pool, sauna, massage chairs) are new & clean.

They're doing great! The gym is new so it's fairly clean. My only complaint would be that the wife is very bad if it gets slightly busy so I hope you have good cell data connection if that does happen.

Victoria, Jaime and Nathan were so helpful! Such an amazing staff! I just started coming to this gym and it's been great! They have the best amenities around! Great equipment, even when it is busy I don't have a hard time finding something to use. I even want to hangout here on my off days! Defiantly recommend!

Pretty nice gym, lots of free weights and equipment available. I enjoy the turf area the most, never crowded there. Big locker room, nice snack station near the lobby, and reasonable prices for their smoothies. A few downsides - trying to walk throughout the gym is complicated - they cramped the machines together so you really have to be careful not to get in the way of someone. The WiFi is also not set up after a month of being open. Would've also enjoyed there to be WAY more ventilation in the turf area - there is a very noticeable temperature change between the main area and that corner of the gym. Not too bad!Edit: I agree with the other review, parking is a mess here. I really hope they get this handled, you can't even go down some of the rows because cars are parked so close to each other - wouldn't be surprised if cars are dinged/hit in that lot everyday!

Great place, very clean, good staff, no "Karen's". There are couple of downsides though. When it gets populated the wifi becomes unusable (I couldn't even use Google when I go in on the weekends). I think there is also a ventilation issue. when there is a lot of people, I don't think they increase the airflow. This cause mild headaches and dizziness due to carbon dioxide buildup in the building. Jury is still out on that one but when we go as a group when the gym is busy, everyone has symptoms consistent with a mild co2 build up.Finally, a scale would be nice in the locker rooms.

Verbally attacked by a VERY entitled guest on my first visit. This guest came within inches of my face and demanded I move to another machine. Management had already spoken to this person previously only having been a member for a week and he was still allowed to return to this gym. Not the type of culture I want at a gym. Management and staff were super nice though in getting my membership cancelled.

Great gym! Lots of friendly employees. Amazing feat opening so quickly, after I owned a business, I know the struggle is real. Always open equipment and I love the recovery options after a great workout. I have taken several classes and all have been a great workout.

First time there was a positive environment. The staff is friendly and helpful. Has many amenities and didn’t seem as crowded as expected at 6:30am so that’s a plus. Only negatives I have is that I wish they had more plug in space in the locker room to be able get ready for work without worrying. Overall it’s a great gym and I plan to be back.
