Chuze has been great. The staff are very polite, the place is very clean, and they have a great selection of options including cardio equipment, machines, free weights, swimming, and various recovery areas. This gym has really become my favorite gym in Colorado.

Chuze Loveland has been nothing but a great experience from day one! Everyone is super friendly and the coaches/instructors are encouraging and guide proper form, something I value very much with my injuries. Everything is always clean and have never had to wait in line for equipment. The offered classes are diverse activities and enjoy attending many of them in addition to utilizing the floor equipment! Hoping there will be more barre class times available soon!! The pool and sauna seem to get maintained regularly, they are always clean and available for use. The pricing seems very fair for everything that is included. I genuinely love working out now and look forward to the next time I go!

Well equipped gym with every piece of equipment you could ask for! If you can't find it here, it probably doesn't exist. Staff are friendly, helpful, and keep the place clean. I love this place!

Machines look nice then you look closer and bolts and nuts are either missing or so loose that you can undo with fingers. Told 4 employees on 4 separate occasions how dangerous this could be. Nothing ever done about it. We cancelled after nothing was done

I came here from FoCo because you can’t beat the price with all the amenities! Amazing hot yoga classes. I am hoping they get an InBody, I know some other Chuze’s have them & they’re a great way to track progress. Friendly staff and nice and clean. I will definitely be coming back!

TLDR: Pretty good, but busy and very few people wear masks.Pretty good gym, but it can get really busy to the point where it is hard to find work out equipment open. Keep that in mind if you don't like crowded areas or hate having to wait for equipment. So far it hasn't bothered me too much.My other main complaint is the lack of mask compliance- when Larimer County has a mask mandate and signage clearly posted. It usually is a bit better, but I was in there the other day and there were 3 other guests out of about 50-60 (I took a while to carefully count) that were wearing masks. People weren't social distancing much, either. It's basically a covid breeding ground. This is pretty frustrating, as I really can't afford to get sick but also really do much better working out at a gym than at home.A manager explained that people were getting aggressive with their employees that were trying to enforce the mask policy, so they had to stop. That's pretty messed up. I wish people would stop being so selfish and wear a mask. I switched from a cloth mask to a surgical mask at the gym and it really doesn't get in my way at all- expect for maybe intense cardio.I hope the guests start considering the safety of the staff and other guests soon.

Overall im very happy with this place. Equipment is plentiful and in great working condition. Its clean, amd members seem to be taking care of the Equipment. Only gripes so far is the wifi is not good at all. I cant figure out how to connect to the app audio to listen to the tvs, and the parking lot need parking lines.

All in all I was really impressed with this gym and what it had Natealfer. I started off with the free seven day trial, which I loved and almost attended the gym every day during this trial phase. I bought merchandise and smoothies every day. At the end of the seven day trial I signed up for a membership... or so I thought. The app would not let me login and after spending 20 minuted signing documents, taking my account and routing number from a check, getting my picture taken, and receiving a barcode scanner the app would not let me login. The staff member told me to delete the app, redownload it in 24 hours and try to login again. They also assured me that I was all set and signed up and good to go. I was not. I did what they requested of me and it still would not let me log in and said my membership was expired. I could not sign up for classes or anything. So, I showed up to the gym for a much needed and looked forward to yoga class after a long day. I went to check my kids into childcare and the staff member told me I did not have a membership. I explained that I spent 20-30 minutes singing up for a membership. She said "Okay, but for whatever reason it didn't work and you don't have a membership, we would have no way of checking you into the system. She also told me that they lock the yoga door after class starts and I would need to sign up for a membership and would not make the class." She was rude and did not like that I was annoyed, but can you blame me? At this point the yoga class was already starting and I was taken out front to another staff member. The staff member out there told me the same thing, that I didn't have a membership. I told him he was the one that took my picture for the membership. He said sorry it didn't work for whatever reason. He asked me to look and see if I was charged for a membership. I showed him my bank account with all the purchases and I didn't have a membership charge, just smoothies and merchandise. I never do this, but today, of course, I totally forgot my purse at home and had no way to sign up this evening to use the gym and pay for the child care. So, the staff member just said sorry and have a good night. I left so irritated. After all the money and time I had spent at that gym, they couldn't care less and didn't even offer to at least let me use the gym for the night after all the time and work that I had put in signing up for the gym. I left so annoyed, disheartened, disappointed and humiliated. The staff member that initially helped start signing me up overheard me and snuck away. How rude and unprofessional.... So disappointing!Natea

This gym was supposed to be the beautiful new gym of Loveland. When I went in, I had high hopes and was sorely disappointed. While there is some nice equpiment and the concept is there, it seems like the opening was rushed as there is still equipment missing and the stuff that is installed is already having problems. Elliptical are wobbly and the chest fly machine bars are offset to name a few. Finally, the bag policy at this location is absolutely ridiculous. Bags aren't allowed on the floor due to "their insurance" and potential "tripping hazards". I currently have three gym memberships and have been to loads of gym and have never seen this rule implemented before. As someone who carries straps, belts, intra-workout, and other lifting equipment, this is really frustrating to me. I hope management can listen to their members and create a better environment or this gym won't make it in this area!
