I came to Michael with two months to train for a firefighter physical agility test. I was in mediocre shape and healing from several spinal and rib fractures.He took time to study and understand the concepts of the test and developed workout routines that directly catered to movements that were going to be asked of me.Michael was encouraging and pushed me to be my best every step through the process. He is always quick to send personalize messages outside of training to keep me on track of my goals.Much of preparing for this test was done outside of the training room as mental toughness was a huge key to my success. Again, Michael went above and beyond to keep me grounded, pumped up, and even humbled through texts, voice messages, and phone calls.Thanks to Michael I slayed the test!!!

Michael is a very knowledgeable trainer. He varies workouts to reach the best results, never the same workout, never boring, but always challenging. He adjusts workouts to my level and continues to challenge me. On days when I'm not at 100%, he is still able to provide a worthwhile workout and I usually leave feeling better than when I came in. As I age, Michael has enabled me to continue skiing, cycling, kayaking with a decreased risk of injury and an ability to continue improving and enjoying my activities. I am thankful that Michael is such a committed trainer and that he has become my trainer.

Michael has been trainer for over 3 years and has greatly improved my physical strength and wellness. As a “wannabe” older athlete/cyclist, I often experienced pain with sore or pulled muscles and made several trips to a physical therapist. Since I’ve been working with Michael, I have not seen my physical therapist once. Michael also helped me accomplish my goal of completing my first 100 mile bicycle gravel race in 2019 and he is currently preparing me for the same race this year and my first Mountain Bike race this summer in Leadville. Thank you Michael!
