Matt was my trainer about 9 years ago while I was in LA for a few weeks and we continued (in a ground breaking type of virtual training 3000 miles away) when I came back home to NY. Albeit, not the same as in person, but recently we reconnected because no other training I did reached the level Matt brought me to. Now with zoom training once a week since last May, I feel that I’m gaining my core strength back, I feel my posture shifting and standing taller, more confident. Being that I appear to have developed a ‘middle aged, Covid body’ over the years, I feel so grateful to have the zoom classes in the privacy of my own home. And when the internet freezes during the third set of an exercise, well, it’s all ok! 👍🏻 😉

I have met a lot of trainers and PT people and Matt by far has exceeded all of those other professionals. I have seen improvement in my ability to perform my sport/career in just the month I have been going to him. I look forward to continuing to work with him!

Matt is the consummate personal trainer! This is not "one size fits all" training, everything is tailored to the individual. Tremendous variety of exercise. We each have strengths and weaknesses, and he is critically aware of that. With an extensive knowledge of the human body, he applies this to strength and mobility training. Perhaps most importantly, he's always cheerful and a terrific motivator!

I have had the pleasure to work with Matt for over a year now. For every session, Matt will have prepared a different exercise routine especially designed to strengthen my legs and lower back to help with my balance problem and with my walking. His workout routines are not easy, however, the next day my legs and back are stronger which makes it easier to maintain my balance especially when walking.P.M.G.

I have been working with Matt for several months now and have seen great improvement in my strength, balance, and mobility. Matt designs individual programs according to a person's need. Our 14 yo daughter trained at In House Fitness with Matt once a week over the summer. It was a great experience. She was able to improve her strength, balance and vertical. Plus she really enjoyed the type of workouts Matt created and mainly working with Matt. His attitude and humor with our daughter made her look forward to her small group sessions each week. We highly recommend this program. Our daughter plays volleyball and basketball, so it’s great for athletes training in different or multiple sports.

Since I'm 10 years out from my last hip replacement, I hoped for some basic help with my deteriorating gait. What I'm actually receiving is so much more I'm totally amazed. The hip muscles that hadn't worked in so very long are coming to life and after only a month I'm seeing lots of improvement in so many ways. Matt has a plethora of information proving to be helpful for me and I'm feeling more encouraged than I have in 10 years!
