What a GREAT experience our daughter has had in Matt's 6-Week Performance Training courses. Each week she raves about how hard and awesome the workouts are. Matt has great attention to correcting form for running, jumping, and landing. He challenges athletes to reach a potential they didn't know they had in strength, speed, and agility. He is positive and motivating. Highly recommend him for all levels of training.

Matt has trained me and worked with me for about a year now and within the first 6 months of working with him one time a week I gained 5 inches on my vertical. Since I have been working with him I have become stronger in every way. Matt is a great guy to work with and he is a amazing person to be around, even when he is putting you through the hardest workouts. Highly recommend!

I am a physician and have worked with Matt for nine months. His depth of knowledge is impressive. Despite years of weight training, running and road biking I was still not at the level of fitness I wanted. I was surprised to learn which issues were holding me back, and Matt designs individualized workouts to address these.My strength, balance and range of motion are much improved (and I notice the difference every day). I highly recommend Matt and In-House Fitness.

I have been a Fitness and Health Educator, Basketball Official and Coach for the past 35 years. The past few months, I have had the good fortune of having Matt assist me in my well-being and recovery from a serious bout with cancer and a total shoulder replacement. I have never had a trainer before. Matt's knowledge and expertise provides "the edge" that makes a big difference to improve functionality and yet, reduce chronic pain. He took into account my individual needs in EVERY session. Matt has the ability to motivate and he certainly cares about his clients.

My daughter has been working with Matt since March 2018, initially to rehabilitate an injury. After seeing how effective that was, we decided to continue with strength training which also improved her coordination. I appreciate how Matt focuses on form and pushes her to do her best. To sum it up, Matt is punctual, trustworthy and an effective trainer!

My daughter started working with Matt about 5 months ago. It has been a game changer. She was recovering from an ankle injury as well as some muscle weaknesses in different areas. Matt has been able to identify and design a workout for her specific needs. This has improved her strength, game and most importantly confidence. She continues to improve each week. There are personal trainers and then there is Matt. He is outstanding. He goes above all expectations with knowledge and compassion for health and his clients.

I'm not one of Matt's clients directly, but my daughter has been training with him for almost 6 months. Not only has my daughter's strength increased, but her confidence has as well. His training has been a game changer. He relates to her in a way that motivates her to be her best, and she really enjoys his training, and looks forward to the workouts. Matt has designed her workouts for what works best for her, and tailored it to her specific sport. She has never looked or felt stronger, and as a parent, it makes me so happy to see her progress.
