Collion your manager need to be replaced ASAP. I thought maybe I just had a bad interaction with him but after reading these comments I'm glad I'm not the only one. I'm 17 year old teenage girl and was yelled at and made to feel small and little by Collin when he had someone come rip me off the treadmill and tell me I cannot work out bc the parent signature I do have is "expired" and continue to be little me infront of other ppl and speak to me in a unkind tone of voice. I'm in customer service as well and if I ever spoke to someone else ally a teenage or kid the way he did to me I'd be fired. I'm 18 in one month literally?? I worked out all summer was fine. And was told that it dosent matter and that I should cancel my membership if I can't get my parent to come IN AGAIN and sign. As well as continues to shout at me while I walked away to leave. On the other hand the manager here from Wyoming I think he said was very nice but I'm thinking extremely about canceling mine and my family's and everyone I know who has it telling them to cancel their membership because of Collin.

I agree with all other reviewers about Collin. Very creepy and needs to be fired. I was barely 18 when he took it upon himself to ask me out on a date when he's in his 40s. He gave me attitude when I told him no. Mind you, he is aware both of my parents workout here but still thought it was appropriate to ask. Stopped going because I never felt comfortable here. Girls, stay away from this location.

The gym part is fine, but the locker rooms reeeeally don’t let you get much privacy. The top 1/3rd of the shower curtain is see-through and the changing room doors don’t start until well above my knee(They will always respond to your review with “Please contact us to discuss it more”, instead of actually fixing the problems. I’ve laid out the issue pretty clearly. There’s nothing else to it.)

Just a caution and heads up - my lock was picked and my backpack and another person’s was taken from the locker room around 3 pm on Oct 26. Thankfully the person that did this didn’t steal anything from my backpack and left it in the changing room. The staff did a great job handling the situation. This can obviously happen at any PF but just wanted to share this as an extra precaution for anyone that goes here.

Said to be judgement free but judges people who work hard? “To deter people from making loud noises let’s make an even louder more obnoxious noise!” What logic is this? Lunk alarm is a legit liability to people working out and I know someone at a planet fitness in CA who was minding there own business when someone set off the link alarm and they dropped the weight on their toe because it startled them. Really should get rid of this and instead just walk up to the people causing a distraction and politely ask them to either stop or leave. An air raid alarm going off in the middle of lifting a heavy weight can be quite distracting and dangerous and getting rid of this would make it a much safer environment. Never heard the alarm while I was working out there personally and actually didn’t even know about it but once I heard it was a thing I never went back because lifting in a so called “judgement free” environment isn’t as important to me as lifting in a safe environment.

Staff turns over a lot, but before they do, they are pretty nice.Management, on the other hand, has no respect for their clientelle, especially the non-ambulatory ones, and care nothing about precenting judgment or lunkheadedness when it is applied to its disabled members. If you are handicapped or clearly need ambulatory devices, find another gym!Once you are a member here, you will not be valued... ultimately. The whole "non-judgmental" thing is just a manipulative marketing device to get a bunch of hurting people in the door who it will be later very easy to treat badly. They do not care which clients they treat poorly, because there is no longer a Planet Fitness gym in Fort Collins, and the Greeley location is going downhill. Therefore, it is most expedient, now that Loveland is absorbing more clients, to alienate those that management finds "undesirable".Go ahead and flex those muscles, PF.And Blake, remember that you, too, will one day grow old and die. Maybe you will even find yourself in my situation.Non-judgmental, indeed.I am hitting the Lunkhead Alarm on Planet Fitness today!Perhaps someone with a college education who is disabled and knows some lawyers can go to this location and sue them for any A.D.A. violations.Or maybe they would just prefer all of their non-ambulatory clients to die, because not caring if they go to another gym rather than just putting up some signage and asking new clients to respect the handicapped facilities is just too much for such a siccessful company.

To my fellow brothers that have to come here be prepared to be harassed and forced to sign a paper and put your personal information out there so others can see. And when you tell them yes I know this isn't my home gym(Black card member for years), they say you either sign it or you can't workout here. Ok sir but what I do for work I don't put my personal information out so others can see including any behind the counter. I don't know any of you. Planet fitness already has my information and picture that should be enough. Other than that the gym is ok. Thank you very much for the Harassment and forcing me to sign against my will or I couldn't workout. You don't see that on the website or planet fitness commercials. Absolutely appalling service.
