I was a member for a time when they 1st opened and then my own schedule and limits had me cancel (totally on me not them). I recently moved my elderly Mom to the area and live and work close to the local Planet Fitness. We wanted to sign her up for the Medicare fitness plan but had trouble getting her updated Medicare cards but the staff was great for trying every set of numbers that she was given. We were finally able to get her singed up with a set of numbers (still don't have her cards so better than the government).My Mom is elderly so even though they are close in our neighborhood I still mentioned my concerns for her safety and was reassured that they would keep an extra eye on her for me and I really felt like they meant it.Blake, Collin, Reed and Amber really made my Mom feel so very important even when she had the wrong numbers and inf6and told her to keep comeback and they'll try.You have an awesome team there and they deserve extra kudos!!!

This is a GREAT place to work out! Not only is the facility and equipment always in top notch condition, but it is really the staff that makes the difference. Always pleasant and very helpful folks at the main counter who seem to really enjoy what they are doing and are genuinely interested in the clientele. The price is amazing as well! You won't be disappointed.

Great place staff wonderful but the manager Collin is real creepy. He stares at you while working out. I do recommend he be replaced I have had issues with him and confronted him on his creepiness. I hope the owner or cooperation looks into replacing him this is an on going issue since before the pandemic. I see other complaints on here too. Very unprofessional and creepy

I was apprehensive about Planet Fitness as a corporation and still regard some of their national policies with irritation, but this location has proved very welcoming. The staff is kind, will do their best to accommodate patrons, and keeps up w/ regular cleaning and maintenance.All throughout the pandemic, terrible weather, and smoke from wild-fires, this place and the great staff helped us to maintain proper fitness levels, and for that I'm incredibly grateful.

Surprisingly enjoyable. I'm able to target any muscle group I want and nobody criticizes you for being out of shape or slow, although it is important to learn how to use each machine correctly.

I just went as a guest my first time and all in all it's not bad for 10 bucks. It's just a gym though but it has plenty of equipment and I didn't really have to wait to use most of what I used. Was going to Vasa before Covid but canceled. Had an apartment gym that fit my needs. I will be going back to planet fitness though.

DONT DO IT! Check out their 100's of better business bureau complaints. These guys are scam artists during a time of a pandemic! Go online my membership says 'canceled due to improper funds' while they continue to take monthly dues. Dirty floors, glass and equipment. Rude staff, constant closures..Do yourself a favor and GO TO ANY OTHER GYM in Loveland area.

Seriously the greatest staff ever and such a clean facility. I love this place.

I love this gym. The staff is great and the place is very clean. You can tan and the massage beds are just downright excellent. they have everything you need to get a great workout.

Super friendly and inviting. Plenty of cardio machines. I would love additional free weight equipment like a decline bench and more of the weights in the 20 to 40 range as I’ve had to wait out my turn a few times. For $10, it’s worth more than the money.
