Good gym - but if you are immunocompromised stay away!!!! Most people aren’t wearing masks.I would give 5 stars if they enforced mask wearing. The climbing gym I go to enforces this without a problem. I understand how difficult and dangerous it can be to ask people to mask up. However, a company shouldn’t claim to enforce mask wearing when they don’t actually do so. I see people coughing with a clear illness unmasked regularly (I come here about three times a week - 40% of people are masked on a good day). Either hire someone who gets paid enough/is comfortable with confronting people about it, or remove the false claims of being safe.

This place advertises cheap signup rates, then hit you with hidden fees a month after you sign up. When I tried to cancel my membership, they told me I would have to come in to do that or send them a letter stating that. When I got irritated with them, the manager called back and said that magically they could now cancel it over the phone. This buisness is shady and unethical. Do not get tricked by these people. No way would I give my money to a company with these sort of buisness practices. Save yourself some time and money and go with someone reputable. Don't take my word for it, read the myriad of other bad reviews this place has.

Keep an eye on your bank account. This place will charge you bogus "late fees" and then the manager will give you attitude about fixing it. Cancelled my account within a month of joining due to deceptive billing.

I know it's not the "cool kids" gym, but I love planet fitness. The staff is friendly and helpful, but not overbearing. And this one truly does feel "judgement free". I haven't heard the stupid, judgey lunk alarm go off in the last two years. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the lack of variety among equipment, and the equipment is oftentimes broken/on the verge of breaking. It's fixed within a reasonable time frame though!

Great place! Super friendly and helpful staff beautifully compliment a large gym with a variety of work out options. From free weights to ellipticals and everything in between, this place will more than likely have what you want to use or try.

Not a bad Planet Fitness. Reasonably clean. They only have 1 or 2 of several machines and they are fairly outdated in comparison to other Planet Fitnesses - (i.e. pec fly) this can be super frustrating when people are camping out on them.

Even though I moved to a different city and couldn't use the membership anymore, I was still billed for the new month because my cancellation letter was postmarked 1 day late from when it needed to be. When I tried to ask them if there was any flexibility because I can't use the membership anymore, they said it was their policy. That kind of inflexible one-size-fits all corporate policy that leaves me paying another month for a gym membership I can't use and just makes me feel like they're trying to squeeze more money out of me before I leave.

I usually don’t post reviews because I like to mind my own business but I had a terrible experience at this gym. I started at the Longmont location and switching over to this location was the worst mistake I made. I never got a tour of the place, and in my opinion, they lack equipment for their prices. Staff was extremely rude when I came in to cancel my membership. I was charged twice for an annual fee and the guy at the front desk was more in a rush to get me out of there instead of explaining the charges to my card. I was a black card member too. I for sure learned my lesson and luckily transferred to a fitness center that is more focused on actually helping and guiding people on their fitness journeys than whatever gets done here..

Was greeted with the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Collin the manager or whatever he is needs to be replaced along with that mustache. Black card members shouldn’t be treated like homeless people.

My three star review has nothing to do with the customer service that I received at this location, and at planet fitness in general over the years I’ve had a membership there. Everyone has always been very friendly! Rather, the hoops I had to jump through to be able to cancel my membership when I moved to a city more than 40 miles away. I went to a neighboring gym to cancel my membership, because I didn’t have a gym nearby that was convenient enough for me, unfortunately. They said I couldn’t cancel at this location because it wasn’t my home gym. This is understandable however, I don’t have time throughout the week to drive from Loveland to Thornton, where my home gym was. Nonetheless to make a special trip just to that location to cancel. The idea of having a home gym is not hard to grasp for me, but if you’re able to go to any planet fitness to work out if you have the black card, why not be able to cancel at any location as well? I just feel like it could be streamlined a bit better… Otherwise I was always impressed with Planet Fitness at any location I had been to!
