Sammy and a gentlemen at the front (sorry didn't get your name) went above and beyond to assist me when my account wasn't showing up in the system. They took the time to walk me through the steps needed to get me squared away through the PF app.I'm just passing through but they treated me like a regular guest. If this is your local spot, y'all are lucky to have them... believe me, as I've been on the road for a while and use PF's across the U.S.Your sincere effort is so very much appreciated.Thank you both!

Its a really nice gym for the money, really. Always clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful. There are plenty of cleaning stations and hand sanitizer placed throughout. More than enough cardio equipment and all of the equipmwnt appears to be in good working order.

I appreciate the effort that the staff puts forth in keeping everyone happy and safe, which cannot be an easy task in today's day and age. They have supplied the members with every cleanser known to man, I feel cleaner there than I do at home. Thanks to planet fitness for allowing me to work out and keep my sanity in the craziest year I've ever lived through. Cheers!

Don't waste your money. Never got to find out what kind of gym this is. I made an appointment for today(Thursday). They said my appointment was yesterday (Wednesday). I wouldn't have made an appointment for wednesday because I had another appointment on Wednesday. So I lost my cool! If this is any indication of what the future holds, no thanks! So while speaking with the manager. I told him I wanted my money back. I literally just signed up the other day, haven't use the gym at all, and the manager says "I'm going to have to think about that". Bad business practices and if he doesn't refund my money I will contact the better business bureau.

Outstanding gym , been here for 2 years and everything about this gym gives me the desire to go everyday and work harder. The staff they have there make a great team and make sure gym Is always clean. I highly recommend my gym !!!!!

Great price, standard equipment. I really appreciate the budget option for those of us who work out but don't feel the need to spend a crazy amount of money for a boutique fitness experience. It's a great place to get in and get out, never too crowded, and everyone seems chill, which is saying a lot for a gym.

Very easy sign up process and very up front about costs and all of the perks we get! I have the black card membership and we have perks all the way from discounts on shoes and even discounts on travel stays. First time getting a gym membership and it makes it easy to create better, healthier habits.

I am going to be very honest.The membership is terrible. Be very careful about it. They keep charging you lots of money that is unathorized, and for one person it's very expensive. 40 dollars for only one person? And apparently, the fees change every month without telling you.Not to mention that one person from the staff named Gio, wasn't very friendly. He didn't even know how to do his job. The place looks dirty and very crowded. The staff are dressed as people, but they're rats.

I checked in at the front desk like I always do (all over the country) and had headphones on. The lady (hardly) at the front counter started to say something so I took off the headphones to be polite.She asked for my id. So now I have to go all the way back to the car and get it. I've never been asked before at ANY planet fitness.You'd think if they were concerned about patrons sneaking in they would have a database with people faces. I pay my monthly dues; work on your backend software so that you aren't inconveniencing customers.Anyway, came back with the id and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude. All she had to do was check the name and make sure it matched the account that signed in. Should have taken half a second. Here's how it should have gone down, if customer service was first priority. When she asked me for my id she should have made a mental note of my name. She didn't, so when I came back and let her visually scan the id quickly (I don't let anyone gaze for long for security reasons) she gave me an attitude like she was the customer and my attitude and disposition should revolve around her.Granted, I was in a bad mood, as I was on a countdown timer for the toilet. Fortunately for me, a sour disposition is a luxury afforded to a paying customer. Not to a front counter (the face of your company) employee. That person should be relentlessly cheery and accommodating, not restricting and sarcastic (she said "have a great workout" as I left the counter) in a tone that would have two brothers rolling around on the floor fighting.**Changed to 3 stars because the facility was top 10% in relation to other planet fitness'. I don't think the franchise owner should be totally penalized for something not completely in his/her control.

The staff are very nice and helpful, gym is well kept and cleaned, lots of machines to use. The app is very useful as well showing the crowd meter and each machine they have. The only downside to this gym is that it's very small - I wish they had more mirrors outside of the weight section and more space to do your own exercises such as walking lunges and stretching. Good for a beginner, probably going to switch gyms soon.
