This was overall a good gym. I was a member for 3 years until I had to move. Some of the equipment needed to be replaced and some of the usual members there did things that are exactly not what PF represents, but they were ignored. Most of the employees were cool, some were not, but they didn’t last long. Thanks Loveland PF

The night/morning staff is GREAT, the place is spotless and the atmosphere is FUN🙂I get in at 4:35am Daily and am met with a Smile, joke and good conversation from Caleb, Ben, Chase and Lee. I drive to this location a little further than I'd like, but with This staff it's all worth it!The Only Negative I have to offer is when they switched out one of our regular employees and brought in Collen. NOT exactly a People person and I was far from thrilled with our exchange the 2 days he was there.

Great place to work out. Locker rooms were cleaner than I expected. Make sure you use gloves when you use some of the weight machines as the attachments can get you blisters like they did for me. Location is right in the middle of town.

Love Planet fitness and all the benefits for a very reasonable price. No time restrictions on machine usage, lots of machines, free weights, free coaching and trainer, classes, a spa, open 24/7, and a friendly staff. Their "no judgement" policy makes it a place where any fitness level, any age, any body type, feels at home here.

Been going to PF for almost a year now, and I have had very little issue. I must say, most the staff is awesome, only had 2 employees that didn’t seem to care about checkin my brother and I in.Because my schedule shifts so much I’ve gotten to know just about all crews. Kellie is awesome very outgoing and willing to help, her knowledge of everything has definitely been an eye opener. David, Dennis, Janna, and Alexandra are always so welcoming and happy to see my brother and/or I walk through the door. I moved to CO almost a year ago, and go to PF pretty frequently, I can’t thank these guys enough for the belongingness they make me feel when I walk through the door.Planet Fitness Loveland has all the machines I could want. The machines, bathrooms, and the Black Cards Lounge, are all spotless whenever I use them.

I got screwed over money wise. Don’t give them your account info And don’t sign up with them for a membership. They took $148 out of my account all at once back to back charges and couldn’t explain to me why they did it so they told me to tell my bank... my bank did a claim refunding my money but then took it back after investigation saying planet fitness said I owe all kinds of money. (My count was automatic payments) I don’t have a membership there anymore and didn’t for awhile and those charges randomly came out months later. They still won’t do anything about it. Blake the mamanger then told me that so currently still owed money. He was so rude and nobody was helping me. All they did was point fingers saying they didn’t get money from me when they did and my bank even said they did. So I basically gave out hundreds of dollars to a gym I don’t go to and haven’t went to in over a year. Charges were just taken out two weeks ago. Horrible customer service.....The asst. manager“Blake” has to be the worst manager I’ve ever dealt with. I had been along time member until I had to deal with this little guy. We had a small issue and this guy made me and my wife feel like garbage. The gym is cheap but don’t expect much from the management team if you have any issues! Anytime Fitness or Fitness 19 are way better choices if you’re looking for quality. You get what you pay for with Planet Fitness and it’s not much for taking care of it’s members needs. You can do better then this low budget mess.... trust me.

The people are nice and the place is clean. I’ve had a PF membership for a few years now and my only real complaint is that the don’t have a squat rack, just a smith machine. I’m not a serious lifter by any means but if you plan on using weights then maybe skip the PF membership and find a gym that has better equipment

This is a really great gym with great amenities and lots of space. The employees are very helpful and friendly. The problem is I cant workout here anymore because the constant wind tunnel they have going with those giant fans. It is extremely cold and my throat, voice and skin get extremely dry. I've gotten sick both times I worked out there with upper respitory and lost my voice.

Love this gym! It is so affordable and has good amenities. Everyone is always very friendly here. I have the $20 membership and can bring a guest every time I go, as opposed to other gyms who five limited guest passes, if any. I don't use the tanning area, but it's a really good deal if you are into tanning. The aqua massage was kind of weird, honestly, but when I was done I was very relaxed!
