THIS PLACE CHANGED MY LIFE!!! I went to yoga, barre and pilates classes at body for 2 years while at TTU and I don't think I will ever find a studio anywhere else that I love as much as body. first off, the atmosphere is simply beautiful. the rugs and plants and candles just really tie the whole experience together and it always smells AMaZING in there. the staff is extremely kind and warm and makes everyone feel welcome. the community that has been built here is so encouraging and kind as well. great classes, extremely affordable and just an overall great deal. I am missing this place so so much post grad and could not recommend it enough!

I am impressed with the way this retail space has been converted into a functional, attractive, and comfortable space for yoga. The vibe here is perfectly suited to the new purpose the owners have found for this building, which happens to be ideally situated in the midst of a vibrant community of wellness-oriented students and professionals. The Tuesday evening candlelight session that we attended was extremely well-presented and thoroughly enjoyable. Greg Foster taught this class with extraordinary grace, compassion, and sensitivity. His welcoming presence and encouraging presentation contributed to one of the better yoga classes in which I have participated. Highly recommended.

Went to my first yoga class ever last Tuesday night (Candelight yoga with Greg!) and it was UNREAL! It was like a spa trip and therapy at the same time! Greg was so welcoming, and made me feel at ease as a first timer. The space was clean and everyone was distanced during the session! I will definitely be going back and would recommend this studio to anyone!
