They don't tell you when you cancel your membership that you'll still be charged for it up to 30 days afterwards. I thought when I paid my balance and canceled it that would be it, nope got charged again after canceling.

I recently signed up for a membership for my family and was really disappointed. Nick explained the promotion and I explained our concerns and limitations due to the fact that I had just had back surgery. I asked several times on clarification of the promotion but after we tried it and decided this wasn't a good fit for our family; we were met with still having to pay for a whole month that we won't use. When I contacted Nick about it, I was met with, "I'm the manager and that is policy." This hurt my heart because Nick was nice and friendly when he was pursuing our business but cold and distance once he had our business. The facility itself seemed nice but very disappointed in business practices.

We canceled our membership in December. We got charged the yearly fee in January. My husband went up there to ask them what is going on and they said that was that last payment that would be drawn out. Then we got charged the $80 member ship fee again at the end of January, February, and now March as well. Do not get a membership here because they will continue to charge your card after canceling your membership!Update 4-29-23I went in right after my original review, was told I wouldn't be charged anymore and would receive a refund via check. I never received the check and was charged AGAIN! DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE!Update 8-29-23After a couple months of not being charged they have resumed charging my card. They are scammers at this point.Afternoon update** finally had someone reach out about refunding me the payments they have taken out of my account. I'm really hoping this is resolved. I want to say thank you to Zoey for actually reaching out to help with this as it has been incredibly frustrating.9-13-23Still waiting to recieved the refund.

DON'T GO HERE!! If I could give them zero stars I would. We got the cheapest personal trainer deal they have which they told me would be $45 every other week but they're charging me $85 every other week. They lie through their teeth. The personal trainer has met with us once in the last two months and hasn't contacted us back to meet up again. Terrible gym. They treat women terribly at this location too.I've went online to cancel our account which was successful but still charging for the personal trainer months after the fact even though we've gone in to the gym AND called telling them that it needs to be cancelled and Everytime them saying oh it'll take 30 days to go through. No, it's been three months now that we've been telling them to cancel and they refuse.Personal trainer finally contacted us after nothing for three months and after we ended our membership, and yes, we did try communicating with him months ago and got no response.It is now September and still being charged for a personal trainer despite trying to get it cancelled in person and over the phone.I also tried emailing the customer service rep who replied to this review and received nothing in return.

Poor customer service. I had to cancel my membership three times. They charged me for no services for three months. After three attempts and a negative review, I finally got my refund and membership canceled. I also had to prove that I had to come in 4 months ago in order to get the refund... ridiculous (thank God I took a picture of the cancelation paper). The manager was great, but not taking down my review because this should not happen now or in the future.Because the issue was resolved I now give you 3 stars instead of 1.
