I love the teachers and the space. I always get a good workout and it is fun! They also have a retail section with the cutest leggings, t-shirts, and grip socks!

I needed an escape and some time for myself while visiting family in Lubbock, so I decided to visit CP. The girl at the front desk (I can't remember her name) - super helpful and nice! The studio is well kept and it has all the tools needed for your classes. The studio has a variety of classes to choose from so you'll never get bored! Misty's classes in particular were always a rewarding challenge without feeling uncomfortable and without feeling like you're being pushed. Voice modulation while teaching, cues, eye for details and hands on corrections - that's an art and she's mastered it! I look forward to visiting CP Lubbock South again, soon!
