My background is in several sports, military service, strength training, and powerlifting. After the service, I knew that I needed help with accountability and reintroduction to proper form and function of movements. I had tried several gyms and boxes, and home workout programs. It wasn't until I found CrossFit Throne that I found a place where the staff and other members took a genuine interest in me and my overall well-being. I am a combat veteran. Some days, it's an accomplishment to get out of bed and walk out into the world. The community at Throne has regularly checked up on me when they haven't seen my face in a while. The phone calls, texts, and social media messages have sometimes been what gets me back into the box and out of my funk. I can't say enough good things about the people, the staff, the programming, and the heart that make Throne what it is. I highly recommend Throne for beginners to advanced strength and fitness athletes.- Carlos Plata
