This is an awesome facility. The staff are always friendly and professional. They greet me with a smile and are available should I need anything. The facility is very clean and the equipment is well maintained. I love Lubbock South Indiana Hotworx!

So- I canceled both mine- and my husband’s membership as evidenced by my bad review below and yet you’re still charging me for my husband. You’d think after my first review, you’d stop these ridiculous practices and maybe just grow up a bit in general. You’d think you’d understand you’re running a business and need to do what’s right. I’ll be reporting the charge as fraud now.

Front desk engaged in deceptive trade practices. CFPB complaint initiated.Your front desk staff engaged in Deceptive trade practices- your “contract” has holes a mile wide and also includes your responsibilities- which you’ve failed to comply with. As a business that runs in the United States it is important to not engage in deceptive and fraudulent business practices.It is so sad that this is how you choose to respond instead of with dignity and respect. Any individual looking at this business should in my opinion stay far far away.
