I’ve been here for a month or two after moving here to Lubbock and I can say it is definitely one of the best gyms in town, love the raw old school bodybuilding/powerlifting energy this gym has, it brings out the best in me. Would definitely recommend checking this gym out if you’re serious about fitness!

The huge pot hole in the parking lot flattened my tire instantly. I missed the first visit and did not see it on my second visit. $$ouch$$

One the best gyms in Lubbock has a really good atmosphere great for powerlifting and strongman highly recommend it to anyone serious about fittness

Nice Small bodybuilding style gym. Incredibly affordable. The owner also likes to buy these cool alternate bars/pieces of equipment I havent seen at other places. Things like Duffalo, kabuki, kadillac, and a landmine setup.Its a true 24 hour gym and during normal business hours you can viait the supplement and equipment shop next door for a variety of supp, equipment, and weirdly enough one of the largest energy drink selections in town. I mean the vensing machin in the gym has stuff ive never seen anywhere else in town.

Cant say enough good things about this place. After the hell I went through with BodyWorks (now TruShit). I needed a gym to get in shape for the military as I was rehabbing a knee from ACL surgery. They have a low monthly cost, no contracts, no B.S startup fees. Amazing owners and helpful staff. Plus the environment feels like a real gym to get some work done. Would give 6 stars if I could, really gonna miss this place.

My favorite Gym in Lubbock so far as long as it doesn't get too crowded. Great environment but really small. The nutrition store is great too and the owner is really awesome.
