All I have to say is that I’m upset at the fact I didn’t come searching for this place in the very beginning! Great workouts and great coaches. The environment is friendly and definitely a stress reliever!

So thankful for Tanner and his amazing gym. I am pretty sure this is the ONLY gym in Lubbock with an olympic style weightlifting platform AND indoor (think AC and heat during the crazy Lubbock seasons) AND 24-hour access... I mean it's pretty hard to 1-up those things.

Best place to receive great coaching on how to lift properly, diet and take care of your overall physical health. Not only are you gaining all of that but you'll also be apart of a great gym family. There's no better place in Lubbock.

Everyone at LBk Fit is awesome. The trainers really know their stuff. The gym is always clean and organized and everyone is always very welcoming and kind. If you need a gym in Lubbock this is the place to go.
