The owners are always ready to help. There is a ton of great equipment, and never a crowd. It is clean, and everyone has great gym etiquette. Best gym in town by far!

I was in town for a couple of weeks for work and loved this gym. It is always clean, members have good gym etiquette, owner was very helpful and polite. Wish I had a gym like this at home. There is more than enough equipment to keep a person from getting burned out on the same old exercises. Cant say enough good about this gym and the people that own it. If you're looking for a gym, stop looking, this is the one.

LOVE this gym and the owners! The gym is super clean, organized very well so everything flows even during busy hours, and the atmosphere is unbeatable. Everyone is encouraging and rooting for one another. It truly is a place where you can flourish and grow mentally and physically!
