Recently joined Pittman Jiu Jitsu! It’s been a great experience. This opportunity presented itself at a turning point in our family’s lives.While it was not originally in our plans, I am positive it is building structure, confidence, and life skills for me and my son. The best part is that we are learning together. The instructors and staff are very dedicated and great at this craft. It will take effort and commitment as a student. Pittman JuiJitsu is one of the most awesome experiences my husband, son, and I have shared together. We've been going for a little over a year and have seen such improvements in our health and wellness. Besides that, we've met wonderful people and have made lifelong friendships. Professor Pittman and his staff are excellent teachers and I'd recommend this JuiJitsu academy to everyone.

I’d like to start this review by saying a huge thank you to Pittman Jiu Jitsu and their wonderful staff! In the little time that I have spent at this academy I have had an amazing experience! As a sometimes shy and hesitant individual I didn’t know if jiu jitsu would be for me, but I really wanted to learn some self defense. In my short time there I have gained so much more than just training. I have gained confidence, knowledge, and life lessons that I will take with me wherever I go and apply them to all aspects of my life, not just defending myself. I have also never felt healthier both physically and mentally. The strength I have gained from attending lessons has changed the way I see myself and has helped me realize I can do anything I put my mind to. None of that would be possible without the amazing staff and the environment that they have created within the academy! Making the commitment to go to every lesson is not difficult because they are welcoming, understanding, and passionate. They truly care about every person that walks into their academy and make sure that you are taken care of off and on the mat. Not to mention the Jiu Jitsu itself is fun and rewarding! I would recommend Pittman Jiu Jitsu to any man, woman, child or family! Go check them out!

My Son and I have been attending classes, and training together for a few weeks now. The instructors are amazing! Not only do they explain the lesson, they identify flaws in technique, and quickly correct them. They also allow, and encourage my son and I to pair up and work together. Very refreshing to show up for class at an extremely clean dojo, and learn from a group that promotes the importance of family bonding and growth. I would highly recommend Pittman Jiu Jitsu to any parent looking to better themselves, their children, and their family as a whole.
